Leader of Toots and the Maytals injured at concert
Officials say the leader of the reggae band Toots and the Maytals was injured when a 19-year-old man threw a bottle and hit the singer during a concert in Richmond. Police said Sunday the man has been charged with aggravated assault. Authorities have not identified him. The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that Frederick "Toots" Hibbert was treated at a hospital for a cut to his head and released. Hibbert was hit by a glass bottle thrown from the crowd Saturday night as the band was performing at the Dominion Riverrock outdoor sports and music festival. The band stopped playing after he was hit. Festival organizers say Hibbert was in good spirits despite the traumatic event and regretted that the concert had to be stopped early.

Mary J. Blige's Tax Troubles
Mary J. Blige's financial woes have QUADRUPLED -- on top of the $900k she allegedly owes the Garden State, MJB has been slapped with a $3.4 MILLION bill from Uncle Sam. The IRS filed a federal tax lien against the Grammy winner, claiming she failed to pay all her income taxes for the years 2009 ($574,907.30), 2010 ($2,203,743.53) and 2011 ($647,604.60). Tax bill grand total: $3,426,255.43. Translation: A LOT OF FREAKING MONEY. Of course, the IRS needs to get in line ... the State of NJ says MJB still owes $901,769.65 in back taxes. Blige is being sued for allegedly defaulting on a $2.2 million bank loan and her charity is facing a lawsuit that claims it took out a $250k loan and never paid it back.

HEAVY D'S BROTHER REQUESTS CONTROL OVER LATE STAR'S ESTATE
Heavy D's brother has filed legal papers to gain control of the late singer's estate. Floyd Myers, who previously served as the hip-hop star's business manager, claims the "Now That We Found Love" hitmaker wrote a will in 1999 which left everything to his sibling. He reportedly lost the document years ago, but Myers has since found his copy and is now asking a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to appoint him executor of Heavy D's estate, which included $320,000 in listed assets. However, Floyd's lawyer says the court request is simply a formality to clear the title on a condominium the brothers co-owned so it can be sold off. Heavy D, real name Dwight Arrington Myers, died from a pulmonary embolism outside his Los Angeles home in November 2011 at age 44 -- before he could update his will to include his daughter, who was born in 2000.

'Star Trek Into Darkness' blasts off with a $70.6 million weekend
The USS Enterprise picked up steam throughout the weekend, despite a somewhat unimpressive start. The first Star Trek of the Abrams era opened in early May of 2009 and made an impressive $75.2 million on its first weekend out of the gates, without the benefit of 3-D surcharges. This newest film is showing in 336 IMAX 3-D theaters, whereas the first showed in 138 IMAX venues — accounting for $8.5 million in ticket sales on its first weekend. Iron Man 3 continues to do well at the box office in spite of the new competition from Star Trek Into Darkness, making an estimated $35.2 million in its third weekend in theaters. This brings its domestic total to $337.1 million. The Great Gatsby took the No. 3 spot with a $23.4 million weekend, bringing its domestic total to an estimated $90.2 million.
1. Star Trek Into Darkness — $70.6 million (3-day)
2. Iron Man 3 — $35.2 million
3. The Great Gatsby –$23.4 million
4. Pain and Gain — $3.1 million
5. The Croods — $2.8 million
Chely Wright Welcomes Twins George Samuel and Everett Joseph It’s blue times two for Chely Wright. The country singer and her wife, music executive Lauren Blitzer Wright, welcomed identical twin sons on Saturday, May 18 in New York City, her rep says. Although they weren’t due until this summer, George Samuel and Everett Joseph — who are named for their great-grandfathers – are thriving, the rep says. “We are grateful for all the amazing medical care and the love and support of family and friends,” Wright, 42, says. The couple, who announced the pregnancy in January, revealed the sex of the twins in March.

Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Split...Again
There have been recent signs of trouble in paradise for newly-split couple, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.  The exes, who were inseparable just weeks ago, grew distant since Pattinson returned from New York to Los Angeles on May 8.  "They again went from spending every second together, to spending more time apart at their separate houses," a source says. "Kristen has been in a terrible mood, and it was obvious that things were not great with Rob."  A major sign pointing to the demise of their romance was the absence of Stewart, 23, on May 13, the date of Pattinson's 27th birthday. "It was very strange that they didn't celebrate Rob's birthday together," the source says. "He had friends over at his house, but Kristen was not part of the celebration. For the past few days, they have not spent any time together."  Reacting the same as when they last split after Stewart's fling with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, the source says the actress once again "[hasn't left] her house for days, but [has] surrounded herself with friends 24/7."

Kordell Stewart Locks RHOA Out of House
Kordell Stewart really doesn't wanna see his estranged wife Porsha Williams anymore ... 'cause the ex-NFL star just changed the locks on the family home to keep her out according to Porsha. The "Real Housewives of ATL" star just filed new docs in her divorce war with Kordell and it appears the nasty split just got even NASTIER. According to the docs, filed in family court in Georgia, Porsha claims Kordell has locked her out of their residence on multiple occasions ... and she had to have her lawyer beg Kordell's people for a key. Sources close to the situation say Kordell isn't playing ball -- and hasn't forked over a key. But there's more ... according to the docs, Porsha tried to work things out with Kordell in a mediation session, but she claims he blew the whole thing off ... and called it a "waste of everyone's time." Porsha wants a judge to force Kordell to either allow her to use the house ... or pay her enough cash so she can get a "suitable alternative residence." Porsha is currently living with her mom in ATL -- guess she feels it's just not a "suitable residence" for a grown woman.
