His lawyer says he has heard the rumors and Charlie Sheen is not dead. ok the rumor is he had an overdose, but now they are claiming hernia. An insider in the Sheen camp said the actor may undergo surgery on Friday for a hernia. If so, the Warner Brothers executive said, it’s unclear if Sheen will be in shape to return to the scheduled shoot of the show on Tuesday. But the executive said that didn’t matter.“The show is secondary,” he said. “What’s important is Charlie Sheen getting healthy.” “Many people are trying to get him help -- his parents, his friends, us, CBS,” said the executive. “All we’re focused on today and since Christmas is Charlie’s health.... smh, whatever, he will probably have to flatline a few times to finally go back to rehab.

She shouldn't have to go into her pocketbook to fight for the estate when you know there is going to be a remarriage...with Ms. Grammer number next." Kelsey's attorney, Lance Spiegel, claimed Camille’s petition was "just delay for delay's sake." the main question is how much did Kelsey give up to Camille for the quickie divorce so he can have a quickie marriage to his once knocked up mistress... figures are between $30 and $50 mil.

Mayo suspended 10 games for drug test

The NBA has suspended guard O.J. Mayo 10 games without pay for violating the league and union's anti-drug program with a positive test. The league announced the suspension Thursday for Mayo's positive test for dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). Mayo's suspension will start Friday night when the Grizzlies visit Philadelphia, and he will be able to return Feb. 15 also against the 76ers in Memphis. Mayo said in a statement released by the team that he is extremely disappointed he will miss 10 games as the Grizzlies are making a push for the playoffs. He blamed an over the counter supplement that he didn't know was banned by the NBA for the positive test. ''It was an honest mistake, but I take full responsibility for my actions,'' Mayo said in the statement released by the team. I apologize to my fans, teammates and the Grizzlies organization for regrettably not doing the necessary research about what supplements I can put in my body.'' Mayo was the No. 3 pick overall in 2008 after only one season at USC, and Minnesota swapped him draft night deal to the Grizzlies for Kevin Love. Mayo was runner-up to Chicago's Derrick Rose for rookie of the year.

Father of Padma Lakshmi's Child Seeks Greater Custody
Adam Dell, the father of Lakshmi's 11-month-old daughter Krishna Thea, having long been unhappy with the custody arrangement hammered out last spring, has now filed court papers in Manhattan seeking more time with Krishna. "Adam wanted to avoid going to court, but it was so frustrating trying to find a co-parenting agreement [that] he had to take this action," a source close to Dell says. "He's seeking sole custody of his daughter – but he's hoping for a shared custody agreement." The source adds that in New York, courts are not authorized to grant joint custody, which is why Dell has filed for sole custody. Custody arrangements have been a source of tension between Lakshmi and Dell ever since Krishna's arrival last February. Dell, a venture capitalist who was finally revealed as Krishna's father in March, has been said to want more involvement with his daughter all along. According to the source, Dell now gets to see Krishna for seven hours a week. "He's allowed nine visits a month and no longer than three and half hours," the source says, adding that scheduling visitation is sometimes difficult as Lakshmi travels often for work. Lakshmi, 40, who is said to want nothing to do with Dell beyond his role as Krishna's biological father, has been forced to fend off accusations that she is not giving Dell the access to Krishna that he wants. "Ms. Lakshmi believes that family matters should be kept private," reads a statement released by her rep. "She asks that those who join her in wanting the best for her daughter do the same. Ms. Lakshmi's sole interest lies in preserving the privacy and welfare of her daughter and in working out and fair and amicable agreement out of the media's glare." But Dell's attorney says his client isn't interested in garnering attention. "Adam is not seeking publicity," his lawyer, Bill Zabel, of Manhattan law firm Schulte, Roth & Zabel, said. "He's a private person. There was no desire for publicity and Adam regrets that there is some – but [he] can't help it given that he was forced to go to court to assert his rights as a father."

"I don't think a living being should suffer for the sake of fashion, period," Henson says. "End of story." Henson's campaign will debut at PETA's New York Fashion Week Bash on Feb. 10, and the ad will also appear on a billboard in L.A.

Jeff Fisher out as Titans coach

Jeff Fisher is out as the head coach of the Tennessee Titans, the team announced Thursday on Twitter. But the NFL’s longest-tenured head coach will leave the franchise with a pricey parting gift. Fisher will receive $8 million as part of his settlement to walk away from the Titans after 16 full seasons — the majority of what was due in the final year of his contract. Fisher was to receive $5.6 million in salary for 2011 with a $4 million bonus. The move is expected to be announced as a mutual parting of ways. The Titans said a news conference will be held either later Thursday night or Friday to discuss the Titans' first coaching change since the franchise relocated to Tennessee from Houston in 1997.  The decision to walk away from Tennessee was in Fisher’s best interest — allowing him to avoid a 2011 season as a lame-duck coach without the full support of ownership. Fisher, 52, was high on the wish lists of both the San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos, two franchises that desperately wanted a high-profile head coach to salvage their team’s fortunes. Instead, he chose to remain with the Titans despite the tumultuous situation that developed throughout the 2010 season because of an ongoing rift between the head coach and volatile quarterback Vince Young.

Ferrell will play a visiting branch manager over an arc of several episodes. Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins says he hopes to play legendary filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock on screen and has been attached to such a project for four years. The 73-year-old actor says Hitchcock was "a very interesting man, very strange guy, very dark man." Hopkins says that 50 years ago he saw a film about the making of "Psycho" that stuck with him as "the most frightening film I have ever seen." Hopkins says he's hopeful that the project comes to fruition, adding that, in Hollywood today, "you just turn it over and go with whatever happens if you are lucky."

Sarah Michelle Gellar fans will be seeing double when the actress returns to TV this year: She has signed up to play twins in an edgy new show. Gellar is now set to make her small screen return in her first major TV role since her time on the vampire show ended in 2003. She will take on two roles in the new thriller "The Ringer," playing estranged twins with very different personalities.

'Glee' Creator Lashes Out at Kings of Leon, Slash
The "Glee" creator says that rock band Kings of Leon are "self-centered a--holes" for rejecting the show's request to use their hit "Use Somebody." He's also mad at Slash, who isn't much of a "Glee" fan. "F--- you, Kings of Leon,” Murphy said. “They’re self-centered assholes, and they missed the big picture. They missed that a 7-year-old kid can see someone close to their age singing a Kings of Leon song, which will maybe make them want to join a glee club or pick up a musical instrument. It’s like, OK, hate on arts education. You can make fun of 'Glee' all you want, but at its heart, what we really do is turn kids on to music.”  Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill said: “This whole 'Glee' thing is a shock to us. It’s gotten out of hand. At the time of the request, we hadn’t even seen the show. It came at the end of that record cycle, and we were over promoting [“Use Somebody”]. This was never meant as a slap in the face to 'Glee' or to music education or to fans of the show. We’re not sure where the anger is coming from. We just said no to a license for a TV show, which we do a lot.” Just when it was looking like one of those one-way feuds where one side has no idea why it's being criticized, drummer Nathan Followill added this on Twitter: "Dear Ryan Murphy, let it go. See a therapist, get a manicure, buy a new bra. Zip your lip and focus on educating 7yr olds how to say f---  "Slash said he's rejected requests from "Glee," adding, "I draw the line at 'Glee.' 'Glee' is worse than 'Grease' and 'Grease' is bad enough." Murphy's reply: “Usually I find that people who make those comments, their careers are over; they’re uneducated and quite stupid
