Joe Jackson hospitalized for 'mild' stroke

Joe Jackson suffered a stroke Thursday (Nov. 29) morning and is being treated at a hospital in Las Vegas. Described as "mild," the stroke is similar to two others Jackson has had in the past five years.   Jackson, who famously created and managed his sons' group, the Jackson 5, is married to Katherine Jackson, though the two live separately. He has a home in Las Vegas, and she's in Calabasas, California, with Michael Jackson's three children.

Guy Ritchie Welcomes a Daughter

The producer/director, 44, and his fiancée Jacqui Ainsley, 31, welcomed their second child together — a girl! — by cesarean section earlier this week at London’s Portland Hospital, his rep says.  “We can confirm that Guy and Jacqui are the proud parents of a new baby girl. Mother and baby are doing well,” Ritchie’s rep says in a statement. The newest addition joins big brothers Rafael, 14 months, as well as David, 7, and Rocco, 12, Ritchie’s sons with ex-wife Madonna. After debuting her baby bump in July — and confirming there was another baby on the way — the couple of two years announced their engagement in October.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have an 'amicable agreement'
Halle Berry and ex Gabriel Aubry have buried the hatchet, a week after Aubry and Berry's current fiance, Olivier Martinez, got into a fistfight in her driveway. The news of a legal ceasefire came Thursday (Nov. 29) via a statement from Berry's and Aubry's lawyers. "From all counsel, the parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter," it reads. What, exactly, the "amicable agreement" covers isn't clear. Aubry and Berry have been fighting over custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla, with Aubry recently winning a decision that would prevent Berry from moving Nahla to Paris with the French-born Martinez. The Thanksgiving Day fight between Aubry and Martinez reportedly erupted from an argument over the custody case. Martinez had Aubry arrested -- charges were subsequently dropped -- and Aubry in turn took out a restraining order against Martinez.

Camacho family, ex-girlfriends brawl

What started as a somber memorial for a boxing legend turned into an all-out brawl. A fight broke out Tuesday at the two-day viewing ceremony in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, for former world champion Hector "Macho" Camacho, who died Saturday from gunshot wounds suffered four days earlier. Relatives became incensed when a woman leaned down and kissed the fallen boxer in his casket. 28-year-old Cynthia Castillo, sporting a pink T-shirt with Camacho's face on the front, enraged Camacho's sisters and former girlfriend Gloria Fernandez, 50, by then entering the family's private section. After Camacho's sisters apparently told Castillo to leave, grieving guests watched in confusion as the women began slapping and swinging at each other. After taking the argument outside the viewing room, police were called to calm the scene. Castillo said that Fernandez and Camacho's sisters, Esther and Estrella, demanded that she leave the ceremony. "I went to get something to eat because Machito (Hector Camacho Jr.) told me to, and (Fernandez) came up to me and told me that I had to leave," Castillo said. "I said no, so they threw my plate of food and attacked me, and I defended myself."

Actor who apparently killed landlady not on drugs
A former "Sons of Anarchy" actor who was the lone suspect in the killing of his landlady did not have drugs in his system when he died, according to an autopsy report released Thursday. Authorities had been interested in whether Johnny Lewis was on drugs or medication when he apparently killed Catherine Davis in her home and then fell to his death in her driveway. Lewis had recently been released from jail and had a string of drug-related arrests before the killing. His attorney had speculated he might have been in a drug-induced psychosis when he killed Davis. Toxicology results on Johnny Lewis found no traces of cocaine, alcohol, marijuana or any other types of drugs in the actor's system. Officials checked for anti-psychotic drugs as well as psychedelic drugs. An autopsy report noted that Lewis had nail marks on both sides of his neck when he died and had suffered partial strangulation. His death was ruled accidental because there was no evidence he attempted to kill himself or had been pushed. Police believe Lewis fell while trying to flee the home after killing Davis, 81, who operated a retreat for writers and actors out of her home. Lewis had played Kip "Half-Sack" Epps on the TV drama "Sons of Anarchy" in 2008 and 2009 before his character was killed off. He had been arrested three times during the past year. Probation officials earlier this year expressed concern about Lewis' mental health and his danger to others. A probation officer who evaluated Lewis' case after he attempted to break into the home of a woman wrote that he was being "very concerned for the well-being of not only the community but that of the defendant." The report added Lewis suffered from some form of chemical dependency and mental health issue, and was a transient. "Given this, (Lewis) will continue to be a threat to any community he may reside," it said The break-in attempt came about six weeks after the actor hit two men over the head with a bottle during a fight. Lewis' attorney, Jonathan Mandel, said after his client's death that drugs may have been a factor in the deaths. He said he recommended treatment for Lewis but he declined it.

Lindsay Lohan arrest: Assistant Gavin Doyle says star needs help

Following Lindsay Lohan's arrest for an alleged assault early Thursday (Nov. 29) morning in New York, her assistant, Gavin Doyle, is speaking out about the incident on Twitter, urging the "Liz & Dick" actress to get help. "@lindsaylohan after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need. We are ALL rooting for you. xxx," he writes, later adding, "Life is NOT a movie it's a reality that needs to be faced." Lohan was arrested for allegedly punching Tiffany Mitchell, a well-known psychic, in the face at Avenue and is now facing third-degree assault charges. Lohan reportedly called Mitchell a "f***ing Gypsy," which Mitchell's husband calls "a racist comment." A friend of Mitchell's then lost it, calling Lohan a "whore" and telling her "'Liz & Dick' sucked." Lohan then allegedly decked Mitchell. After Lohan was released from jail early Thursday morning, she was whisked away in a waiting car -- but not before angrily kicking her assistant to the curb, literally. In the video below, Doyle can be heard saying, "No, I didn't!" "Gavin, get out of the car!" Lohan shouts. "Get him out of the car. Get him out of the car now!" "Never speak to me again," Doyle says after exiting the vehicle.

Bobbi Kristina Brown crashes car, drops relationship hints

On Wednesday, the 19-year-old crashed her sports car near her home in Alpharetta, Ga. A passerby called 911 after spotting the smashed-up car in a ditch, and when police arrived, an apparently uninjured Bobbi Kristina was standing next to it. Police believe that she lost control of her black Camaro while coming out of her apartment complex, clipping a curb and heading down an embankment. She hit several "small trees" on the way before the car stopped along a park trail. Cops gave Bobbi Kristina a ticket for "failure to maintain lane" but don't suspect drugs or alcohol were involved. After the accident, she tweeted, "My Personal Guardian Angel. Thankumom."  This is the second accident BK has had this month. She also collided with maybe-fiance Nick Gordon's matching Camaro while backing into a spot in the parking garage of their apartment building.  Speaking of Gordon, are the couple, who talked up their engagement on Lifetime's "The Houstons: On Our Own," still an item? "@REALbkBrown and I are not engaged or dating," Gordon, 22, tweeted last week. "Just close like we have always been." The two have been tight since they were kids, with Whitney unofficially adopting Nick when he was 12.  Bobbi Kristina has been flashing a sizable sparkler, but on Monday she tweeted, "I guess it's time 4me2stop depending on [anyone]. It's my time2follow what Mom&The Lord put out on this path for me." But is this all just a PR ploy for their reality show? "They did split," a source says. "It will come out in the show."

Lindsay Lohan Arrested for Alleged Assault in Club

Lindsay Lohan was arrested and charged with third-degree assault at 4 a.m. Thursday in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood after an alleged altercation with a woman in a nightclub. A NYPD spokesman said the Liz & Dick star, 26, allegedly exchanged words with a female patron at Club Avenue, on 10th Avenue between 17th and 18th Streets. The confrontation then got physical, police say. Lohan, after telling the woman to give her some space, or words to the effect, reputedly punched the woman in the face. The other woman was not arrested or injured. Lohan was still in police custody at the 10th Precinct as of 6:30 a.m.

Melrose Place Actress Guilty Over Death Crash

A former Melrose Place actress has been convicted over the death of a 60-year-old woman in a drink-drive crash. Amy Locane-Bovenizer was acquitted of the more serious charge of aggravated manslaughter over the 2010 collision that left Helene Seeman dead and Mrs Seeman's husband with lung and rib injuries. Prosecutors said the star's blood-alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit when the crash occurred on a dark lane in Montgomery Township, New Jersey. It is reported the actress told ambulance crew that she had downed several glasses of wine and a beer before getting behind the wheel. The emergency call was made at 9.16pm and an officer who attended the scene found Locane-Bovenizer in a nearby ditch, with her "clothes messed up, eyes bloodshot and speech slurred". Fred Seeman, who had been returning from dinner with his wife and friends, said it was like getting hit by a bomb when Locane-Bovenizer's 4x4 hit them. Locane-Bovenizer's defence team said she was distracted by another driver who was chasing her after she rear-ended their vehicle and the Seemans' car then turned in front of her. During the chase Locane-Bovenizer was driving nearly 20mph over the speed limit when she collided with the couple. Somerset County assistant prosecutor Matthew Murphy said at the opening of the trial on October 4 that Locane-Bovenizer had eight to ten drinks before the accident, citing that "death was probable, not merely possible". The actress appeared in 13 episodes of Melrose Place and in movies including Cry-Baby, School Ties and Secretary. She faces five to 10 years in prison on a vehicular homicide charge and three to five years in prison for her conviction on a second count of assault by auto, which stemmed from injuries to Mr Seeman.
Gavin Rossdale, Nanny Gavin Rossdale Is Not Cheating on Gwen Stefani With Their Nanny
Gavin Rossdale is not fooling around with his and Gwen Stefani's nanny. Several tabloid websites have been buzzing that the Bush frontman was "caught" touching their nanny's backside during an afternoon hike in Los Angeles. What the photos don't show is No Doubt front woman and Rossdale's wife Gwen Stefani was also there.  A little over a month ago, Rossdale shot down rumors that he and the No Doubt frontwoman were calling it quits after 10 years of marriage. "Of course not," he told a photographer when asked if it was true they were splitting.

Halle Berry ‘facing new investigation’

Halle Berry’s daughter could apparently be involved in another abuse investigation after her father was arrested following a fight last week. Halle’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey and current fiancé Olivier Martinez started the scuffle outside the actress’ Los Angeles home on Thanksgiving. Gabriel had been dropping off his and Halle’s daughter Nahla on the day, meaning she is likely to have witnessed some of the brawl. "Detectives from the LAPD formally contacted the CPS [Child Protective Services] after Gabe's arrest, because Nahla was most likely present when the fight occurred," a source said.  "Nahla wasn't actually involved in the melee, and by all accounts, Halle whisked her out of the driveway as soon as the fight between Olivier and Gabe started. However, DCFS was contacted because there has been a history of allegations of physical abuse. Social workers will be interviewing Halle, Gabriel and Olivier about what happened on Thanksgiving. DCFS must ensure that Nahla's environment is safe." Police took Gabriel in on suspicion of misdemeanour battery, after which he posted a $20,000 bond and was given a court date of December 13. Halle is said to have taken out an emergency restraining order to keep Nahla’s father away from the family. Halle and Gabriel have had a rocky history since their split in 2010. A bitter custody battle ensued when Halle wanted to take their child to France with her and Olivier; however it was ruled they couldn’t move as Gabriel lives in Southern California. Earlier this year, Gabriel was accused of pushing Halle’s nanny while she was holding Nahla. The case was dropped due to a lack of evidence, but it seems it will now be re-opened due to the latest incidents. "Gabriel is extremely concerned about his arrest and the fallout this could have on Nahla. She is his entire world and is hopeful that once the truth comes out, he won't be formally charged with any crime," the source added.
Demi Moore is dipping her toe back in the dating world – with a much younger man. Moore, 50, is quietly dating art world scion Vito Schnabel, 26. Schnabel, an art dealer, is the son of painter and director Julian Schnabel. The blooming romance comes a year after Moore's split after six years of marriage to husband Ashton Kutcher, 34. Kutcher is now dating his That '70s Show costar Mila Kunis, 29.  Vito Schnabel is no stranger to beautiful women: When he was 21, he reportedly dated supermodel and actress Elle Macpherson. He has also been linked with actress Liv Tyler.

Gabriel Aubry Won't be Charged
Law enforcement believes it's a case of mutual combat and it's almost certain Gabriel will not be prosecuted. Although it appears no criminal charges will be filed against Gabriel Aubry in the Thanksgiving Day massacre of his face at Halle Berry's house cops on the scene concluded he was the instigator.  According to the police report, after interviewing Gabriel, Olivier Martinez and Halle, the investigating officer concluded, "Suspect [Gabriel] arrived at victim's [Olivier] residence for child custody exchange.  Suspect and victim engaged in verbal altercation.  Suspect became upset and attempted to punch victim's head but missed and struck victim's right shoulder instead.  Victim returned with 3 punches to the suspect's head, causing him to fall to the ground.  Victim's fiance [Halle] notified police." According to the conclusions in the police report, Olivier acted in self defense:  "Victim defended himself and punched the suspect."  Gabriel never told police about the alleged death threats made by Olivier both the day before and during the fight ... threats he later claimed were made by Halle's fiance.  What's more, cops contacted Gabriel after the fight and asked if he had more info, and he passed.  There was no mention of death threats.

Gabriel Aubry Loses Court Appeal, Still Barred From Seeing Daughter Nahla
Despite his best efforts, Gabriel Aubry is still legally barred from seeing his little girl. Following his violent tussle with ex-girlfriend Halle Berry's fiancé Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving, the model, 36, pleaded with a family court judge in Los Angeles on Nov. 27 to lift a restraining order that keeps him at least 100 yards away from his daughter Nahla, 4, plus Berry and Martinez, 46.  But the judge dismissed Aubry's request. Still, thanks to a clerical error, the emergency order against the French-Canadian stunner will be lifted earlier than expected: Nov. 29 rather than the original later date of Dec. 3. To extend the ban, Berry will be required to file another request in court.  Both Aubry and Martinez (a former boxer) sustained injuries during the brawl, which arose after Aubry dropped off his little girl for the holiday: Martinez broke his right hand, while Aubry revealed startling facial injuries in a new declaration that emerged earlier this week.
Adriana Lima Pregnant In Pirelli Calendar Whether daughter Willow is whipping it back and forth or cutting it all off, Jada Pinkett Smith is committed to allowing her daughter wear her hair any way she chooses. The actress and mom of two took to her Facebook page to address critics of her parenting style, particularly those who questioned why she “let” her 12-year-old chop off her locks and sport a super-short style a few months ago. “This is a world where women, girls are constantly reminded that they don’t belong to themselves; that their bodies are not their own, nor their power or self determination,” she writes. Pinkett Smith, also mother to Jaden, 14, continues: “Willow cut her hair because her beauty, her value, her worth is not measured by the length of her hair.” She also added that “even little girls have the RIGHT to own themselves and should not be a slave to even their mother’s deepest insecurities, hopes and desires.”

Stevens arrested in Florida
Jerramy Stevens, the former NFL tight end who recently married US soccer star Hope Solo, was arrested in Florida on Wednesday for a parole violation. Stevens, 33, was arrested for possession of cannabis.

Solo denies domestic abuse reports

Hope Solo diffused the drama surrounding her personal life as the gold medal-winning U.S. women's soccer team prepared for an exhibition match against the Republic of Ireland.  ''My life is great,'' the goalkeeper said. ''My life is happy.'' Solo made her first appearance with the national team since she was married to former NFL tight end Jerramy Stevens in Washington state on Nov. 13, a day after his arrest at a party for domestic violence. A judge determined there wasn't enough evidence to hold Stevens, but the matter remained under investigation. Solo spoke after a workout with her fellow U.S. teammates at Portland's downtown Jeld-Wen Field. The national team plays Ireland on Wednesday night on its U.S. appreciation tour following a 2-1 victory over Japan in the final match at the London Games. ''It's unfortunate what the media can do to judge before the facts are out there. It's hard to see, but it's a hard truth, and it's part of life,'' she said. ''I'm happy. I'm happily married. I would never stand for domestic violence. I've never been hit in my life.'' Solo has had a stellar career with the national team, helping the team to two straight Olympic gold medals. But she's never shied from attention: From her Twitter criticism of former national team member Brandi Chastain during the London Games to appearing on TV's ''Dancing with the Stars.'' Police say that they were called to a disturbance at a home in Kirkland, a Seattle suburb, in the early morning hours on Nov. 12. Solo and her brother blamed a disturbance on three unknown men. Officers maintained they had probable cause to arrest Stevens because they observed evidence of an altercation, including a cut on Solo's elbow, and his admission that the two had argued, according to court documents. The next day, Solo and Steven were married. Solo, 31, posted a smiling photo of herself with Stevens, 33, to Twitter two days later.  Stevens was selected with the No. 28 pick of the 2002 draft by the Seahawks after a stellar career at Washington. But he also was involved in incidents away from football that included reckless driving charges for crashing into a nursing home. His best season with the Seahawks as in 2005 when he started a career-high 12 games and had 45 receptions as the Seahawks won the NFC championship. Solo also went to Washington. The two started dating following the London Games. ''Like I said, we're happy, and ultimately that's all that matters,'' she said. Wednesday's match is the sixth of the U.S. team's Fan Tribute Tour.

"We still just have a great friendship and relationship, and I love her as much as I love anybody in the whole world, but we're not romantically involved." The rumors have also apparently given the singer a taste of what it must be like to be Oprah Winfrey, who has been dogged by gay stories due to her relationship with best pal Gayle King for years. The country star, who has been married for over 40 years, adds, "[People] just think that you just can't be that close to somebody."

Angus T. Jones apologizes to colleagues
Teenage actor Angus T. Jones has apologized to his "Two and a Half Men" colleagues for publicly trashing the hit sitcom, labeling it "one of the most significant experiences" in his life. The 19-year-old has played Jon Cryer's onscreen son Jake Harper in the popular series since its launch in 2003 but has openly criticized the show, insisting that it's full of "filth." Jones revealed he had become more involved in his local church -- and the more he learns about his Christian faith, the more he despises his job. In a candid video for the Forerunner Christian Church, which has been posted online, Jones even pleaded with fans to quit watching the program for their own good. In his statement, Jones praises the executives behind the sitcom and apologized for any disrespect he may have caused them, insisting that being part of the show is a blessing. He says, "While I cannot address everything that has been said or right every misstatement or misunderstanding, there is one thing I want to make clear. Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on 'Two and Half Men' with whom I have worked and over the past ten years who have become an extension of my family.  "Chuck Lorre (creator), Peter Roth (producer) and many others at Warner Bros. and CBS are responsible for what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date. I thank them for the opportunity they have given and continue to give me and the help and guidance I have and expect to continue to receive from them ...  "I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed. I never intended that."

What is it about Thanksgiving that puts the Simpson sisters in a breakup mood? In 2005, Jessica announced her split from Nick Lachey the day before the turkey was served. This Thanksgiving, Ashlee reportedly called it quits with actor Vincent Piazza after more than a year of togetherness.  Geographical incompatibility was blamed for the bust-up.  Simpson, 28, first stepped out with the "Boardwalk Empire" actor in June 2011, a few months after her two-year marriage to Pete Wentz fizzled (they have kept things amicable for the sake of their moniker-challenged 4-year-old son, Bronx Mowgli).

It's the second time Kelly has been arrested this year. She was busted on suspicion of spousal abuse in March, but the charges were eventually dropped.

FX has ordered 13 additional episodes of both BrandX With Russell Brand and Totally Biased With W. Kamau Bell.

They may be two very different shows on two different networks but Comedy Central's breakout sketch comedy series "Key & Peele" and USA's sports-psychologist drama "Necessary Roughness" have both been renewed for third seasons.

Last week, ABC announced the mid-season cancellation of two of its highest-profile genre shows: 666 Park Avenue and Last Resort. Though their audiences are comparatively small, the fans of both series expressed their irritation and anger with the cancelations. With both series headed toward their final episodes, viewers of the two lame-duck offerings are no doubt wondering whether they should tune out now and spare themselves the inevitable disappointment. These viewers may want to continue watching: in what is no doubt a bittersweet consolation to fans, the creators of Last Resort and 666 Park Avenue have both announced that the shows’ finales will act as definitive endings, providing viewers with answers and a full sense of narrative closure.

Longtime Daily Show correspondent Wyatt Cenac is slated to depart the Comedy Central series at the end of the year.

Dominic Monaghan is taking a walk on the wild side.
The former Lost star has teamed up with BBC America for a new adventure/travel series, coming in January — Wild Things with Dominic Monaghan.

Merlin will conclude its epic five year journey this Christmas (in the UK) with a two-part series finale – which the cast promises will leave fans breathless.

Comedy Central has given its sketch comedy series Key & Peele a 13-episode Season 3 pickup.

Cedeno joins as a recording artist returning home after a long tour. Also boarding the sudser is Melinda Page Hamilton (Big Love), who will play a conniving housekeeper. Lenny Kravitz to play Marvin Gaye in upcoming bio-pic

Grammy winning musician Lenny Kravitz is set to play soul music icon Marvin Gaye in a bio-pic scheduled to begin production early next year. Kravitz has been steadily beefing up his acting resume since breakout supporting performances in Oscar nominated indie "Precious" and blockbuster "The Hunger Games." He'll soon be seen in "Hunger" sequel "Catching Fire" and "Precious" director Lee Daniels' star-filled White House drama "The Butler." The Marvin Gaye project will focus on the singer's early '80s attempt at dealing with his addictions and mounting a professional comeback before his untimely murder in 1984. Julien Temple ("Absolute Beginners") is set to direct, and the music rights issues are already sorted out.  Music rights had been a stumbling block for two other long-delayed Gaye projects, one from director F. Gary Gray and another from producer James Gandolfini (which would've starred Jesse L. Martin as Gaye).

Berry's ex says he was threatened before fight
Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend claims the actress's fiance threatened to kill him during a Thanksgiving confrontation that left him with a broken rib, bruised face and under arrest. Gabriel Aubry's claims are included in court filings that led a judge Monday to grant a restraining order against actor Olivier Martinez, who is engaged to the Oscar-winning actress. Aubry, 37, was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery after his confrontation with Martinez on Thursday, but he states in the civil court filings that he was not the aggressor and that he was threatened and attacked without provocation. Martinez told police that Aubry had attacked first, the filings state. Aubry's filing claims Martinez threatened him the day before the fight at an event at his daughter's school that he and the actors attended. Aubry, a model, has a 4-year-old daughter with Berry and the former couple have been engaged in a lengthy custody battle. Aubry claims Martinez told him, "You cost us $3 million," while he was punched and kicked him in the driveway of Berry's home. Aubry had gone to the home to allow his daughter to spend Thanksgiving with her mother, the filings state. Aubry claims Martinez threatened to kill him if Aubry didn't move to Paris. Berry was not in the driveway during the confrontation and neither was their daughter, the documents state. Aubry alleges in his court papers that as he drove up to Berry's house with Nahla in the backseat, he saw Martinez and thought it was odd since Martinez is not usually at the house during custodial hand-offs. Aubry claims Nahla said, "Olivier is here. I'm scared." After handing off Nahla to somebody named Miriam, who took the child indoors, Martinez appeared and told Aubry, "We need to talk," Aubry alleges. "All of a sudden, Mr. Martinez jumped me on the side of my body, and punched me such that he had taken me down to the ground," Aubry alleges. "He continued to punch me at least two or three times, kicked me in the ribs with his knee or foot, and took my head in his hands and slammed it to the concrete driveway. It all happened so fast and so suddenly; I did not see Mr. Martinez's actions coming, and thus, I was not ready for it and was not able to defend myself." As Martinez allegedly threatened to kill Aubry, Martinez also said, "From now on you're going to do drop offs on the street. I'm not just some f––ing actor, you don't know me," Aubry claims. "I was handcuffed to the bed while I was being examined and treated, and was not allowed to make a phone call," he says in a declaration. "I ended up suffering a fractured rib, multiple bruises on my face and my forehead, an area under my left eye, and three areas in my mouth required stitches." Photos of Aubry's face with cuts and a black eye were included in his court filing. A judge set a hearing for Dec. 17 to consider whether a three-year restraining order should be granted. Aubry has a Dec. 13 court date for the possible battery case, which has not yet been filed by prosecutors.

Terrence Howard reaches settlement deal with estranged wife
Iron Man star Terrence Howard has agreed a settlement deal with his estranged wife, more than a year after she filed for divorce. Michelle Ghent submitted legal papers to end the marriage in February, 2011, days after the couple celebrated its first wedding anniversary. She was granted a restraining order against Howard last December 2011 after claiming he hurt her during their short marriage. In February 2012, a judge ordered the actor to pay her $50,000 in temporary support until they could work out the details of their divorce settlement - and now the former couple has finalized a deal. The pair signed the papers on 16 August 2012 and the restraining order against Howard will expire next week.

Gabriel Aubry Could Lose Custody of Nahla After Thanksgiving Dustup
Halle Berry is reportedly seeking to extend a temporary restraining order on her ex, Gabriel Aubry, in the wake of his Thanksgiving fisticuffs with Berry's fiance, Olivier Martinez. And legal sources are already guessing that if she's successful, the move could mean Aubry will lose custody of his and Berry's daughter, Nahla. "If this restraining order holds up, the legal presumption is Gabriel can't have joint custody of any kind," attorney Diana Mercer says. An ongoing argument in the former couple's long and drawn-out custody battle has been that Aubry is unable to control his temper, making him unfit to raise a child on his own.
Has Angus T. Jones pulled a Charlie Sheen? The 19-year-old Two and a Half Men star has spoken out against the CBS sitcom in a manner that's sure to ruffle some network feathers. "If you watch Two and Half Men, please stop watching Two and Half Men," Jones says in a video posted on YouTube by TheForerunner777 in which the actor discusses his Christian faith. "I'm on Two and Half Men and I don't want to be on it. Please stop watching it. Please stop filling your head with filth." "People say it's just entertainment," he continues. "Do some research on the effects of television in your brain and I promise you, you'll have a decision to make when it comes to ... what you watch on television. It's bad news."  "A lot of people don't like to think about how deceptive the enemy is," says Jones. "There's no playing around when it comes to eternity ... People will see us and be like, 'I can be a Christian and be on a show like Two and a Half Men.' You can't. You cannot be a true God-fearing person and be on a television show like that. I know I can't."
On the subject of his series, Jones concludes, "I'm not okay with what I'm learning [about] what the Bible says and being on that television show. You go all or nothing."

Kevin Clash has a Third Accuser
Kevin Clash is being accused of a third sexual relationship with an underage boy  -- and the former voice of Elmo could be sued as early as Tuesday, according to a report. The latest accuser claims he was 16 when he engaged in "sexual activity" with Clash back in 2000 -- and alleges they met on a gay chat line. It's a very similar claim to the one made by accuser #2, Cecil Singleton.  The third accuser's attorney, Jeff Herman, said his client plans to file a lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court as "John Doe" ... because he doesn't want to go public.

Charlie Sheen Gave Lindsay Lohan $100,000 for Taxes
That story that Charlie Sheen gave Lindsay Lohan $100,000 for a tax bill? One hundred percent true, says his publicist."Charlie has a long history of helping out his friends in many ways and this is just another example of that," Sheen's spokesman, Larry Solters. Sheen sent the check to Lohan's business manager after befriending her on the set of "Scary Movie 5," in which they co-star. Lohan reportedly owes the IRS more than $230,000 for unpaid taxes on income earned in 2009 and 2010.
Put the champagne on ice. It appears Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's long-awaited wedding isn't far off – and that's from someone who would know. "I am getting more pressure from my kids, and it is something I want to do within their lifetime, but I also feel like the time has come," Pitt said Monday night at the premiere of his new film, Killing Them Softly, in New York. "The time is nigh," he added. "It's soon. I got a good feeling about it." Pitt, 48, who has been in London filming World War Z this month, has been with Jolie, 37, for seven years. They have six children together – Maddox, 11, Pax, 8, Zahara, 7, Shiloh, 6, and 4-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – and got engaged this past spring. And yet, even with so much history together already, Pitt says the idea of tying the knot with his longtime partner is still hugely meaningful. "We've had a family, we've raised the kids," he says. "I am surprised how much [marriage] meant to me once you had that."

Dwight Howard Custody Battle: Royce Reed Wants to Make LA Lakers Star Pay

Dwight Howard's custody fight over his son is reportedly becoming more intense, as the Los Angeles Lakers star clashes with former girlfriend Royce Reed in what appears to be becoming an increasingly expensive court battle.

Reed has highlighted the immense earnings Howard receives for being one of the top basketball players in the country, so the former VH1 Basketball Wives star is pushing for him to be ordered to pay her legal costs as well as his own during their ongoing court battle. Some media reports are placing her legal bills as likely to be as much as $100,000 before the matter is resolved.  Howard wants sole custody of his son, but Reed is arguing that the playing field is not even due to his huge monetary worth. "According to the docs, Royce claims that Dwight rakes in over $1.3 million per month and should cough up the cash, otherwise, the fight's not fair. She claims he can hire an army of lawyers … while she'll get buried in bills and eventually have to drop out.""In the docs, her lawyer says she's already racked up a $44,113.50 bill and is expected to tack on another $60k plus if she continues to fight … for a grand total of $106,621.80." Dwight Howard, formerly with the Orlando Magic was traded to the Lakers in August 2012.
She's not yet introduced them formally to the world, but True Blood actress Anna Paquin found time for a family stroll in Los Angeles with her 2-month-old fraternal twins. The Hollywood couple has yet to reveal the names of the twins and have thus far kept their sweet faces private.

Nicki Minaj calls Steven Tyler's 'Idol' criticism 'racist'
In an interview with MTV News published Monday, the Aerosmith frontman reflected at length about the much-publicized beef between new judges Carey and Minaj, who make their premiere on "Idol" in January. And those famous lips of Tyler's didn't hold back anything on the topic, with the rocker at one point opining that Minaj and Carey should "Shut the f--- up." "They should have something going on, which is called 'camaraderie,'" Tyler spouted. "They should have something going on so thick and beautiful that they can lay it over the new talent that's trying to birth itself. It needs to be birthed, not judged by 'entertainment' factors, it needs to be judged by people that [are] honest, true, that have the 'it' factor. Not the 'it' factor because they can fight. The f--- is that all about?" Added Tyler, "You just have to give your opinion. It wasn't hard for me, but I would imagine it's hard for some people, and they need a manager to say 'Shut the f--- up, and just give them your opinion. These kids, they just got out of a car from the Midwest somewhere and they're in New York City, they're scared to death; you're not going to get the best [out of them]. ... If it was Bob Dylan, Nicki Minaj would have had him sent to the cornfield!" Minaj -- whose opinions tend to be as colorful as her seemingly endless collection of wigs -- unleashed her Twitter fury on Tyler. "When Steven 1st went on Idol he was ridiculed by his peers & fans alike. Called a sell out. So what does he do? Ridicule the next judge," Minaj fumed. She also suggested that Tyler's comments might have contained a hint of racism. "You assume that I wouldn't have liked Bob Dylan??? why? black? rapper? what? go f--- yourself and worry about yourself babe," Minaj hissed. "I understand you really wanted to keep your job but take that up with the producers. I haven't done anything to you. That's a racist comment." "LOL lets make him a shirt that says 'No Coloreds Allowed' then escort him down 2 Barbara Walters so he can tell how he was threatened w/guns," Minaj added, a reference to Carey's claim to Barbara Walters that Minaj had threatened to shoot her.

We assume Topanga followed her dreams and became a lawyer, since that was kind of a thing in the "Boy Meets World" series finale.

The crowded stages and back rooms of "Nashville" will soon have another face vying for attention. Kimberly Williams-Paisley, who plays the recurring character of Peggy Samper, will be promoted to a regular actor on the series if it is picked up for a second season. Williams-Paisley, who has been given a part to play in six of the 13 episodes originally ordered by ABC, will return at least three more times in the upcoming back 9 episodes coming this spring. The role will remain a recurring one throughout the current season but will be upped to a regular part if there is a season 2.

Cee Lo Green, the singer who brought the song "F--- You" to the world, is in need of some "Anger Management"? Improbable as it may seem, it's happening. Green, singer of the aforementioned song as well as a coach on NBC's singing competition "The Voice," will guest-star on an episode of Charlie Sheen's small-screen adaptation of "Anger Management" when it returns for a second season on FX.

The reality TV favorite has confirmed a follow-up to her hit show "Don't Be Tardy For the Wedding," which chronicled her recent nuptials to Kroy Bierrman. There's no name for the new series as yet, but it's set to air next year. Zolciak says, "It's going to a fun, lighthearted show about our crazy everyday life. A Fox News anchor abruptly ended an interview when the guest criticized the news network. Jon Scott was interviewing Thomas Ricks about his book, "The Generals" when Ricks accused Fox News of hyping up the recent attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi. Scott questioned Ricks as to why he would make such a claim when the attack resulted in the deaths of four Americans, including Christopher Stevens - the first U.S. Ambassador assassinated in more than three decades. Ricks asserted the incident amounted to a "small firefight" and said, "I think that the emphasis on Benghazi has been extremely political, partly because Fox was operating as a wing of the Republican Party."
At that point, Scott thanked Ricks and turned to his co-anchor, who then threw to a commercial break.
A Fox News executive, Michael Clemente, says, "When Mr. Ricks ignored the anchor's question, it became clear that his goal was to bring attention to himself and his book."

©AP/ Larry Hagman J.R. Ewing was a business cheat, faithless husband and bottomless well of corruption. Yet with his sparkling grin, Larry Hagman masterfully created the charmingly loathsome oil baron -- and coaxed forth a Texas-size gusher of ratings -- on television's long-running and hugely successful nighttime soap, "Dallas." Although he first gained fame as nice guy Major Tony Nelson on the fluffy 1965-70 NBC comedy "I Dream of Jeannie," Hagman earned his greatest stardom with J.R. The CBS serial drama about the Ewing family and those in their orbit aired from April 1978 to May 1991, and broke viewing records with its "Who shot J.R.?" 1980 cliffhanger that left unclear if Hagman's character was dead. Behind the scenes, however, Hagman struggled for years with chronic alcoholism — so much so that a doctor told him in 1995 that he’d have to replace his liver or he’d be dead in six months. “In the heyday of Dallas, it got to the point where I showed up for work about 6:30 in the morning, and by around 9, I might have opened a bottle of champagne, which I would nurse until about noon,” Hagman said in 1995. “By lunch I might start on another half-bottle of champagne. I would go through about three bottles a day, sometimes with people who would drop by the set, but mostly by myself. I just kept that steady drip going. The drinking sometimes made it harder to remember lines, but I liked that constant feeling of being mildly loaded.” Thanks to the 16-hour liver transplant surgery, Hagman said his doctors “saved his life.” A year later, he served as the national spokesman for the 1996 U.S. Transplant Games and continued to serve as an advocate of organ donation and transplantation until his death. Despite occasional acting roles after Dallas left the air in 1991 (in the 1998 film Primary Colors and a five-episode arc on Nip/Tuck in 2006), Hagman largely withdrew from the limelight. Members of his family said Hagman died of complications stemming from his recent battle with cancer. “Larry was back in his beloved Dallas, re-enacting the iconic role he loved most,” the family said in a statement. “Larry’s family and close friends had joined him in Dallas for the Thanksgiving holiday. When he passed, he was surrounded by loved ones. It was a peaceful passing, just as he had wished for. The family requests privacy at this time.” TNT, which airs the current version of Dallas, issued the following statement: “All of us at TNT are deeply saddened at the news of Larry Hagman’s passing. He was a wonderful human being and an extremely gifted actor. We will be forever thankful that a whole new generation of people got to know and appreciate Larry through his performance as J.R. Ewing. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this very difficult time.”
Image: Boxer Hector 'Macho' Camacho (© Paul Warner/Getty Images) Hector ''Macho'' Camacho was a brash fighter with a mean jab and an aggressive style, launching himself furiously against some of the biggest names in boxing. And his bad-boy persona was not entirely an act, with a history of legal scrapes that began in his teens and continued throughout his life. The man who once starred at the pinnacle of boxing, winning several world titles, died Saturday after being ambushed in a parking lot back in the Puerto Rican town of Bayamon where he was born. Packets of cocaine were found were found in the car in which he was shot. Camacho, 50, left behind a reputation for flamboyance - leading fans in cheers of ''It's Macho time!'' before fights - and for fearsome skills as one of the top fighters of his generation. ''He excited boxing fans around the world with his inimitable style,'' promoter Don King told The Associated Press. Camacho fought professionally for three decades, from his humble debut against David Brown at New York's Felt Forum in 1980 to an equally forgettable swansong against Saul Duran in Kissimmee, Florida, in 2010. In between, he fought some of the biggest stars spanning two eras, including Sugar Ray Leonard, Felix Trinidad, Oscar De La Hoya and Roberto Duran. Drug, alcohol and other problems trailed Camacho himself after the prime of his boxing career. He was sentenced in 2007 to seven years in prison for the burglary of a computer store in Mississippi. While arresting him on the burglary charge in January 2005, police also found the drug ecstasy. A judge eventually suspended all but one year of the sentence and gave Camacho probation. He wound up serving two weeks in jail, though, after violating that probation. Camacho's former wife, Amy, obtained a restraining order against him in 1998, alleging he threatened her and one of their children. The couple, who had two children at the time, later divorced. He divided his time between Puerto Rico and Florida in recent years, appearing on Spanish-language television as well as on a reality show called ''Es Macho Time!'' on YouTube. Inside the boxing ring, Camacho flourished. He won three Golden Gloves titles as an amateur, and after turning pro, he quickly became a contender with an all-action style reminiscent of other Puerto Rican fighters.  The fighter's last title bout came in 1997 against welterweight champion Oscar De La Hoya, who won by unanimous decision. Camacho's last fight was his defeat by Saul Duran in May 2010. He had a career record of 79-6-3. Doctors pronounced Camacho dead on Saturday after he was removed from life support at his family's direction. He never regained consciousness after at least one gunman crept up to the car in a darkened parking lot and opened fire. No arrests and have been made, and authorities have not revealed many details beyond the facts that police found cocaine in the car and that the boxer and his friend, who was killed at the scene, had no idea the attack was coming. ''Apparently, this was a surprise,'' said Alex Diaz, a police spokesman. Survivors include his mother; three sisters, Raquel, Estrella and Ester; a brother, Felix; and four sons, Hector Jr., Taylor, Christian and Justin.
Canadian model Gabriel Aubry is sporting a horribly bruised and swollen face following his alleged bust-up with Halle Berry's fiance over the Thanksgiving holiday. The star, who is father to Berry's daughter Nahla, clashed with French actor Olivier Martinez at the actress' Los Angeles home on Thursday and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of battery. Aubry is believed to have suffered a broken rib, while Martinez injured his hand in the fight and both needed a trip to hospital. The model also suffered nasty injuries to his face -- Aubry was photographed out and about in Los Angeles on Friday sporting a black eye, along with cuts and swelling. Aubry is currently free on $20,000 bail, while a judge issued a protective order to keep him away from his former partner and his daughter. The fight was reportedly sparked by the bitter custody battle between Aubry and Berry, who hopes to move to France with her little girl and her fiance.

Actress Deborah Raffin dies at age 59
Deborah Raffin, an actress who ran a successful audiobook company with the help of her celebrity friends, has died. She was 59. Raffin died Wednesday of leukemia at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, her brother, William, told the Los Angeles Times. She was diagnosed with the blood cancer about a year ago. Raffin, the daughter of 20th Century Fox contract player Trudy Marshall, had roles in movies such as "Forty Carats" and "Once Is Not Enough." She also starred in television miniseries, most notably playing actress Brooke Hayward in "Haywire" and a businesswoman in "Noble House," based on the James Clavell saga set in Hong Kong. She and her then-husband, music producer Michael Viner, launched Dove Books-on-Tape in the mid-1980s, which blossomed into a multimillion-dollar business. The company's first best-seller was Stephen Hawking's opus on the cosmos entitled "A Brief History of Time." Raffin's job was getting celebrities to provide voices for some of the books. Among them were the nonfiction bestsellers "Anatomy of an Illness" and "The Healing Heart," both by Norman Cousins and read by Jason Robards Jr. and William Conrad, respectively. Raffin also compiled celebrities' Christmas anecdotes for a 1990 book, "Sharing Christmas," which raised money for groups serving the homeless. It included stories from Margaret Thatcher, Kermit the Frog and Mother Teresa. Raffin and Viner sold the company in 1997 and the couple divorced eight years later. Viner died of cancer in 2009. Raffin is survived by her two siblings, William and Judy Holston; and a daughter, Taylor Rose Viner.

'Real World' star 'Puck' jailed

Former "Real World" star David Edward "Puck" Rainey has been jailed after he was convicted of stalking. Katt Williams sued over Oakland's Oracle Arena show meltdown
More trouble for comedian Katt Williams. He was in town to do a show at Oakland’s Oracle Arena on Nov. 16, and despite being arrested for battery a few days prior, he took the stage. But the show was so bad that a class-action lawsuit has been filed against Williams and promoter Live Nation on behalf of everyone who bought a ticket. The lawsuit claims the show ended in 10 minutes and involved Williams confronting a heckler, taking his clothes off and attempting “to fight at least three audience members.” Amateur videos of the show are on YouTube, and he can be heard uttering, “I am never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever going to come back to Oakland.”

Chris Brown deletes Twitter account after vulgar tirade against Jenny Johnson

Chris Brown has deleted his Twitter account following a vulgar and misogynistic rant against comedy writer, Jenny Johnson. Johnson, a former news producer often praised as one of the funniest people on Twitter has made no bones about her lack of respect for convicted girlfriend beater, Brown, and his militant fan club, "Team Breezy." Johnson and Brown have even sparred via Twitter in the past. This time around, Brown went overboard with a vulgar tirade, calling Johnson obscene names and threatening to defecate on her eyeball as she performed sexual acts on him. The war of words started with Johnson's reply to a photo caption by Chris. He tweeted, "I look old as f**k! I'm only 23..." to which she replied, "I know! Being a worthless piece of s**t can really age a person."

With actor Larry Hagman’s passing on Friday, TNT’s newly revived version of Dallas is planning some adjustments to its second season. Hagman had continued working on the show even after his announcement in October that he was diagnosed with cancer. In fact, he was scheduled to appear on set this week. Sources say he completed filming “a number of episodes” and will appear in season two of the series, though it’s unclear if the actor had a reduced work schedule compared to season one to accommodate his illness. His passing will also be incorporated into the show. Sources say the show’s writers and producers plan to start working on a way to give the character “the proper sendoff that he deserves.” Dallas season two, which will have 15 episodes, is currently scheduled to premiere on Jan. 28, which should give the production time to make creative adjustments.
