Bobbi Kristina Brown crashes car, drops relationship hints

On Wednesday, the 19-year-old crashed her sports car near her home in Alpharetta, Ga. A passerby called 911 after spotting the smashed-up car in a ditch, and when police arrived, an apparently uninjured Bobbi Kristina was standing next to it. Police believe that she lost control of her black Camaro while coming out of her apartment complex, clipping a curb and heading down an embankment. She hit several "small trees" on the way before the car stopped along a park trail. Cops gave Bobbi Kristina a ticket for "failure to maintain lane" but don't suspect drugs or alcohol were involved. After the accident, she tweeted, "My Personal Guardian Angel. Thankumom."  This is the second accident BK has had this month. She also collided with maybe-fiance Nick Gordon's matching Camaro while backing into a spot in the parking garage of their apartment building.  Speaking of Gordon, are the couple, who talked up their engagement on Lifetime's "The Houstons: On Our Own," still an item? "@REALbkBrown and I are not engaged or dating," Gordon, 22, tweeted last week. "Just close like we have always been." The two have been tight since they were kids, with Whitney unofficially adopting Nick when he was 12.  Bobbi Kristina has been flashing a sizable sparkler, but on Monday she tweeted, "I guess it's time 4me2stop depending on [anyone]. It's my time2follow what Mom&The Lord put out on this path for me." But is this all just a PR ploy for their reality show? "They did split," a source says. "It will come out in the show."

Lindsay Lohan Arrested for Alleged Assault in Club

Lindsay Lohan was arrested and charged with third-degree assault at 4 a.m. Thursday in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood after an alleged altercation with a woman in a nightclub. A NYPD spokesman said the Liz & Dick star, 26, allegedly exchanged words with a female patron at Club Avenue, on 10th Avenue between 17th and 18th Streets. The confrontation then got physical, police say. Lohan, after telling the woman to give her some space, or words to the effect, reputedly punched the woman in the face. The other woman was not arrested or injured. Lohan was still in police custody at the 10th Precinct as of 6:30 a.m.

Melrose Place Actress Guilty Over Death Crash

A former Melrose Place actress has been convicted over the death of a 60-year-old woman in a drink-drive crash. Amy Locane-Bovenizer was acquitted of the more serious charge of aggravated manslaughter over the 2010 collision that left Helene Seeman dead and Mrs Seeman's husband with lung and rib injuries. Prosecutors said the star's blood-alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit when the crash occurred on a dark lane in Montgomery Township, New Jersey. It is reported the actress told ambulance crew that she had downed several glasses of wine and a beer before getting behind the wheel. The emergency call was made at 9.16pm and an officer who attended the scene found Locane-Bovenizer in a nearby ditch, with her "clothes messed up, eyes bloodshot and speech slurred". Fred Seeman, who had been returning from dinner with his wife and friends, said it was like getting hit by a bomb when Locane-Bovenizer's 4x4 hit them. Locane-Bovenizer's defence team said she was distracted by another driver who was chasing her after she rear-ended their vehicle and the Seemans' car then turned in front of her. During the chase Locane-Bovenizer was driving nearly 20mph over the speed limit when she collided with the couple. Somerset County assistant prosecutor Matthew Murphy said at the opening of the trial on October 4 that Locane-Bovenizer had eight to ten drinks before the accident, citing that "death was probable, not merely possible". The actress appeared in 13 episodes of Melrose Place and in movies including Cry-Baby, School Ties and Secretary. She faces five to 10 years in prison on a vehicular homicide charge and three to five years in prison for her conviction on a second count of assault by auto, which stemmed from injuries to Mr Seeman.
Gavin Rossdale, Nanny Gavin Rossdale Is Not Cheating on Gwen Stefani With Their Nanny
Gavin Rossdale is not fooling around with his and Gwen Stefani's nanny. Several tabloid websites have been buzzing that the Bush frontman was "caught" touching their nanny's backside during an afternoon hike in Los Angeles. What the photos don't show is No Doubt front woman and Rossdale's wife Gwen Stefani was also there.  A little over a month ago, Rossdale shot down rumors that he and the No Doubt frontwoman were calling it quits after 10 years of marriage. "Of course not," he told a photographer when asked if it was true they were splitting.

Halle Berry ‘facing new investigation’

Halle Berry’s daughter could apparently be involved in another abuse investigation after her father was arrested following a fight last week. Halle’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey and current fiancĂ© Olivier Martinez started the scuffle outside the actress’ Los Angeles home on Thanksgiving. Gabriel had been dropping off his and Halle’s daughter Nahla on the day, meaning she is likely to have witnessed some of the brawl. "Detectives from the LAPD formally contacted the CPS [Child Protective Services] after Gabe's arrest, because Nahla was most likely present when the fight occurred," a source said.  "Nahla wasn't actually involved in the melee, and by all accounts, Halle whisked her out of the driveway as soon as the fight between Olivier and Gabe started. However, DCFS was contacted because there has been a history of allegations of physical abuse. Social workers will be interviewing Halle, Gabriel and Olivier about what happened on Thanksgiving. DCFS must ensure that Nahla's environment is safe." Police took Gabriel in on suspicion of misdemeanour battery, after which he posted a $20,000 bond and was given a court date of December 13. Halle is said to have taken out an emergency restraining order to keep Nahla’s father away from the family. Halle and Gabriel have had a rocky history since their split in 2010. A bitter custody battle ensued when Halle wanted to take their child to France with her and Olivier; however it was ruled they couldn’t move as Gabriel lives in Southern California. Earlier this year, Gabriel was accused of pushing Halle’s nanny while she was holding Nahla. The case was dropped due to a lack of evidence, but it seems it will now be re-opened due to the latest incidents. "Gabriel is extremely concerned about his arrest and the fallout this could have on Nahla. She is his entire world and is hopeful that once the truth comes out, he won't be formally charged with any crime," the source added.
Demi Moore is dipping her toe back in the dating world – with a much younger man. Moore, 50, is quietly dating art world scion Vito Schnabel, 26. Schnabel, an art dealer, is the son of painter and director Julian Schnabel. The blooming romance comes a year after Moore's split after six years of marriage to husband Ashton Kutcher, 34. Kutcher is now dating his That '70s Show costar Mila Kunis, 29.  Vito Schnabel is no stranger to beautiful women: When he was 21, he reportedly dated supermodel and actress Elle Macpherson. He has also been linked with actress Liv Tyler.

Gabriel Aubry Won't be Charged
Law enforcement believes it's a case of mutual combat and it's almost certain Gabriel will not be prosecuted. Although it appears no criminal charges will be filed against Gabriel Aubry in the Thanksgiving Day massacre of his face at Halle Berry's house cops on the scene concluded he was the instigator.  According to the police report, after interviewing Gabriel, Olivier Martinez and Halle, the investigating officer concluded, "Suspect [Gabriel] arrived at victim's [Olivier] residence for child custody exchange.  Suspect and victim engaged in verbal altercation.  Suspect became upset and attempted to punch victim's head but missed and struck victim's right shoulder instead.  Victim returned with 3 punches to the suspect's head, causing him to fall to the ground.  Victim's fiance [Halle] notified police." According to the conclusions in the police report, Olivier acted in self defense:  "Victim defended himself and punched the suspect."  Gabriel never told police about the alleged death threats made by Olivier both the day before and during the fight ... threats he later claimed were made by Halle's fiance.  What's more, cops contacted Gabriel after the fight and asked if he had more info, and he passed.  There was no mention of death threats.

Gabriel Aubry Loses Court Appeal, Still Barred From Seeing Daughter Nahla
Despite his best efforts, Gabriel Aubry is still legally barred from seeing his little girl. Following his violent tussle with ex-girlfriend Halle Berry's fiancĂ© Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving, the model, 36, pleaded with a family court judge in Los Angeles on Nov. 27 to lift a restraining order that keeps him at least 100 yards away from his daughter Nahla, 4, plus Berry and Martinez, 46.  But the judge dismissed Aubry's request. Still, thanks to a clerical error, the emergency order against the French-Canadian stunner will be lifted earlier than expected: Nov. 29 rather than the original later date of Dec. 3. To extend the ban, Berry will be required to file another request in court.  Both Aubry and Martinez (a former boxer) sustained injuries during the brawl, which arose after Aubry dropped off his little girl for the holiday: Martinez broke his right hand, while Aubry revealed startling facial injuries in a new declaration that emerged earlier this week.
Adriana Lima Pregnant In Pirelli Calendar Whether daughter Willow is whipping it back and forth or cutting it all off, Jada Pinkett Smith is committed to allowing her daughter wear her hair any way she chooses. The actress and mom of two took to her Facebook page to address critics of her parenting style, particularly those who questioned why she “let” her 12-year-old chop off her locks and sport a super-short style a few months ago. “This is a world where women, girls are constantly reminded that they don’t belong to themselves; that their bodies are not their own, nor their power or self determination,” she writes. Pinkett Smith, also mother to Jaden, 14, continues: “Willow cut her hair because her beauty, her value, her worth is not measured by the length of her hair.” She also added that “even little girls have the RIGHT to own themselves and should not be a slave to even their mother’s deepest insecurities, hopes and desires.”

Stevens arrested in Florida
Jerramy Stevens, the former NFL tight end who recently married US soccer star Hope Solo, was arrested in Florida on Wednesday for a parole violation. Stevens, 33, was arrested for possession of cannabis.

Solo denies domestic abuse reports

Hope Solo diffused the drama surrounding her personal life as the gold medal-winning U.S. women's soccer team prepared for an exhibition match against the Republic of Ireland.  ''My life is great,'' the goalkeeper said. ''My life is happy.'' Solo made her first appearance with the national team since she was married to former NFL tight end Jerramy Stevens in Washington state on Nov. 13, a day after his arrest at a party for domestic violence. A judge determined there wasn't enough evidence to hold Stevens, but the matter remained under investigation. Solo spoke after a workout with her fellow U.S. teammates at Portland's downtown Jeld-Wen Field. The national team plays Ireland on Wednesday night on its U.S. appreciation tour following a 2-1 victory over Japan in the final match at the London Games. ''It's unfortunate what the media can do to judge before the facts are out there. It's hard to see, but it's a hard truth, and it's part of life,'' she said. ''I'm happy. I'm happily married. I would never stand for domestic violence. I've never been hit in my life.'' Solo has had a stellar career with the national team, helping the team to two straight Olympic gold medals. But she's never shied from attention: From her Twitter criticism of former national team member Brandi Chastain during the London Games to appearing on TV's ''Dancing with the Stars.'' Police say that they were called to a disturbance at a home in Kirkland, a Seattle suburb, in the early morning hours on Nov. 12. Solo and her brother blamed a disturbance on three unknown men. Officers maintained they had probable cause to arrest Stevens because they observed evidence of an altercation, including a cut on Solo's elbow, and his admission that the two had argued, according to court documents. The next day, Solo and Steven were married. Solo, 31, posted a smiling photo of herself with Stevens, 33, to Twitter two days later.  Stevens was selected with the No. 28 pick of the 2002 draft by the Seahawks after a stellar career at Washington. But he also was involved in incidents away from football that included reckless driving charges for crashing into a nursing home. His best season with the Seahawks as in 2005 when he started a career-high 12 games and had 45 receptions as the Seahawks won the NFC championship. Solo also went to Washington. The two started dating following the London Games. ''Like I said, we're happy, and ultimately that's all that matters,'' she said. Wednesday's match is the sixth of the U.S. team's Fan Tribute Tour.

Tyler Perry sued by author over movie plot
Actor and director Tyler Perry is facing legal action from an author who has accused him of stealing the plot for his film "Good Deeds" from her book. Terri Donald filed the lawsuit Tuesday against the "Madea" star at a federal court in Philadelphia, claiming he based the romantic drama on her 2007 novel "Bad Apples Can Be Good Fruit."  Donald alleges she sent a copy of her book to Perry's production company before filming on the movie began and is seeking $225,000 in damages. Actress Allison Janney has lost her Californian property to foreclosure after it was taken over by her mortgage lender in October (12). The former West Wing star co-owned the five-bedroom Palm Springs house with longtime friend Gregg Rapp but it is now being marketed for $2.2 million (£1.4 million) by the bank that holds the mortgage. Janney and Rapp bought the property at the height of the real estate market for $3.9 million (£2.5 million) in 2006 but then put it up for sale in March 2010 for $5.5 million (£3.4 million). They dropped the price to $4.5 (£2.8 million) seven months later and by 2011, it was down to $3.9 million (£2.5 million).
