David Duchovny and Téa Leoni Separate

David Duchovny and Téa Leoni, married for 14 years, have separated, their reps confirmed. The actor, 50, and actress, 45, separated in 2008 for several months, the same year that the Californication star entered a rehabilitation center to be treated for sex addiction. But they reunited and soon seemed closer than ever. The couple first met early in their careers when they were both interviewing for the same guest spot on the Tonight Show. They married in 1997. They have two children – daughter Madelaine West, 12, and son Kyd, 9.

Halle and Aubry Back in Court

After the dust seemed to settle from the supposed feud over their daughter’s race, Halle Berry and her ex, Gabriel Aubry, are at it again. Back in court, Halle is now allegedly claiming that Gabriel has been breaking the rules of their custody agreement, claiming he’s been negligent to their three year-old, Nahla. A source close to the situation says, “If [Aubry] drops off Nahla just five minutes late or is not exactly on time when he picks her up, he gets it in the ear, big time. Then he is criticized for not taking Nahla to the 'right kind of places' when he's with her, not dressing her correctly, not feeding her the right kind of foods.” "Gabriel said there was a nuclear level melt-down last week because he gave Nahla pizza on one of her 'non-cheat days',” the source reveals. The source says that Halle’s attorneys have been working hard to build a case against Gabriel. “At the end of the day Gabe just wants to get on with his life, and spend time with his daughter in peace—but it just seems that’s not going to happen.”

Justin Buying MySpace

Pop star Justin Timberlake is part of a group that said it will buy MySpace from News Corp. Timberlake will become a part owner and play "a major role in developing the creative direction and strategy for the company moving forward," according to Specific Media, the company that he will partner with. The deal is for $35 million, mostly in Specific Media stock, according to a person familiar with the matter. The deal values MySpace at a fraction of what News Corp. paid for the site six years ago and paves the way for the layoff of about half of the 500 workers, the person said. As part of the exchange, News Corp. will receive a private equity stake in Specific Media.

Aaron Carter Says He Did Coke with MJ

Aaron Carter claims that Michael Jackson gave him cocaine when he was 15. On the 2nd anniversary of MJ’s death, Aaron opens up about their relationship, “I miss Michael…But I was also troubled about what he did to me.” “He gave me wine. I mean, I could have refused, but I was 15. He gave me cocaine. I felt weird about that and other stuff…I admitted Michael, but his behavior bothered me a lot.” Nick and Aaron Carter have always been big supporters of Michael Jackson, always defending their relationship with the late star. Years ago the much younger Carter denied drug use in an interview with People magazine, “I don’t do drugs. I didn’t do them with Michael Jackson and I don’t do them with anyone else.” He was either lying then or lying now and my guess is that the former “I Want Candy” star is abusing Michael Jackson’s posthumous power for a little publicity of his own.

Mel and Ex-wife Reach Settlement

Mel Gibson and soon-to-be-ex-wife Robyn have reportedly reached a settlement in their divorce paving the way for the action to be finalized by the end of August. BET Gaffe at Awards

The Camp Verde, Ariz., jury, which deliberated for barely a day, chose not to convict Ray of the more serious charge of manslaughter, as the prosecution had urged. Ray, 53, faces a sentence ranging from probation to 11 years in prison; the manslaughter conviction would have resulted in up to 37 years in prison. Ray was accused of contributing to the deaths of two men and a woman who took part in a $10,000 Spiritual Warrior exercise in 2009 that included entering a sweat lodge. He was granted a lesser sentence because his role in the drug ring was minor, standing as the "Hollywood connection" for the suppliers. Jones is having a rough couple of weeks in general. Restraining Order Issued Against Nic Cage's Son

The guy who beat the crap out of Nic Cage's son Weston got a restraining order against Weston claiming he's the victim of harassment. Kevin Villegas -- who worked for Nic Cage -- punched the living daylights out of Weston in Hollywood earlier this month after Weston allegedly tried to attack him with a roundhouse kick. Cops responded to the scene -- strapped Weston to a gurney and took him to a hospital for a mental evaluation. After the fight, Villegas filed a request for a restraining order against Weston -- calling him "mentally unstable" and claiming Weston issued "threats of violence" against Villegas and his family at the time of the fight. Jennifer Lopez Speaks Out About "Sex Tape"

Jennifer Lopez is finally speaking out about her ex husband’s claims that he has a sex tape and the fact that the intimate video has been sold and will most likely be leaked online soon. Her ex Ojani Noa has 27 hours of footage of Jennifer before she became J.Lo. The tapes have some intimate stuff on there, but J.Lo insists it’s absolutely not a “sex tape.” She said: "My first husband has tapes of us from our life. It's horrible. It's horrible someone would try to sell personal things, but there's nothing on it. There's no sex tape." A judge had put a stop to the tape so her douchey ex sold it to his girlfriend Claudia Vazquez in order to make sure the tapes become public. Luckily that annoyed the judge handling the case and the tapes have been turned over to J.Lo’s attorney Jay Lavley and are currently in a safe deposit box. He said: "Now there is an evidentiary chain. Before they just wanted me to hand it over to Jay Lavely and he would just put it in a drawer. We went with a bank so people will be photographed coming in and out and there is no tampering." Her ex seems pretty determined to make the tapes public so don't be surprised if they “leak” online and he blames his current girlfriend for them.

R. Kelly Ex-Manager Sues HIm for Using Money to Pay Off Sex Accusers
R. Kelly's ex-manager claims the singer refused to pay him more than $1 million in hard-earned commissions ... insisting Kelly instead used the money to pay off people who accused him of sexual misconduct. The manager -- Jeff Kwatinetz -- filed a lawsuit against Kelly today in L.A. County Superior Court ... claiming he single-handedly resurrected R. Kelly's career back in 2008 ... when the singer was drowning in child pornography charges. Jeff claims he "guided Kelly through the recording of two new albums, substantial multi-million dollar tours ... a book deal, and a myriad of other appearances and events" -- and "Kelly reaped millions of dollars" while under his management. But according to Jeff, Kelly left him in the lurch -- and "has failed and refused to pay" the 15% commission rate they allegedly agreed on. According to the lawsuit, Kelly's business manager regularly told Jeff he couldn't be paid "because the monies were needed for payments to avoid lawsuits and adverse publicity resulting from Kelly's alleged [sexual misconduct]." Now, Jeff wants Kelly to pony up at least $1 million in unpaid commissions and punitive damages.

Steven Spielberg Had Megan Fox Fired from Transformers, Says Michael Bay

In the run-up to shooting Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Megan Fox said that director Michael Bay "wants to be like Hitler on his sets" and that he's "a nightmare to work for." A few months later, she got her walking papers. But it wasn't Bay who made the call, the director says. "She was in a different world, on her BlackBerry. You gotta stay focused," Bay tells the July issue of GQ, on newsstands Tuesday. "And you know, the Hitler thing. Steven said, 'Fire her right now.'" He was referring to Steven Spielberg, one of the executive producers. Fellow Transformers star Shia LaBeouf says he agrees Fox went too far. "Criticism is one thing," he told the magazine. "Then there's public name-calling, which turns into high school bashing. Which you can't do. She started s----talking our captain." Bay, however, says he was able to put the actress's comments into perspective. "I wasn’t hurt, because I know that’s just Megan," he says. "Megan loves to get a response. And she does it in the wrong way. I’m sorry, Megan. I’m sorry I made you work 12 hours. I’m sorry that I’m making you show up on time. Movies are not always warm and fuzzy."

Estella Warren Goes to Treatment Facility After DUI Arrest

Estella Warren, who was charged with DUI, hit-and-run and other offenses, has entered a residential treatment facility and is wearing an alcohol-detecting SCRAM bracelet, her lawyer says. "She wants to prove she isn't drinking," attorney Darren Kavinoky said. The former Planet of the Apes star, 32, faces up to six months in jail on four misdemeanor charges that also include battery on a police officer and resisting an officer. "She's committed to making the situation right and moving on in a way that's appropriate," says Kavinoky. Warren crashed her Prius into three other cars last month and hit an officer who tried to arrest her when she fled, according to authorities. She entered the treatment center shortly after making bail and has been wearing the bracelet for about 10 days. "This scenario can be the catalyst for significant change," Kavinoky says. "Estella's attitude towards this whole thing is awesome. She's more than accepting. She's embracing the personal opportunities that have come from this."

Bristol Palin calls her ex 'the gnat' in new book
Bristol Palin writes in her new book of losing her virginity to boyfriend Levi Johnston on a camping trip after getting drunk for the first time on too many wine coolers. She awoke in her tent, alone, with no memories of what had happened as Johnston "talked with his friends on the other side of the canvas." She had vowed to wait until marriage. And she had lied to her parents about where she was going. Palin, a 20-year-old single mother and the daughter of former Alaska Republican Gov. Sarah Palin, tells a story of "deception and disappointment" in the book, "Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far." The memoir, co-written with Nancy French, is scheduled for publication by William Morrow next week. The Associated Press purchased a copy Friday. Palin's book covers growing up with her family, which she portrays affectionately, and the excitement of her mother's political life as governor and then, in 2008, as the GOP vice presidential candidate. But the main theme is her on-and-off-again relationship with Johnston, with whom she had a child and was briefly engaged while caught in a media spotlight. She blasts him as "the gnat named Levi Johnston constantly spreading false accusations against our family" and calls him a self-involved slacker "who cheated on me about as frequently as he sharpened his hockey skates." But Palin, self-described as a good girl and straight-A student, had been drawn to him and his bad-boy manner from the time they met in seventh grade. When she confronted him about their sexual encounter, he said what she wanted to hear: They wouldn't do it again until they were married. It didn't work out that way, though Palin notes that when she got pregnant she was on birth control pills prescribed to treat her cramps.

Tupac Shakur Shooter Confesses to Role in 1994 Attack

A prison inmate has claimed involvement in the famous 1994 shooting of Tupac Shakur that set in motion a feud that led to the murders of Shakur and rival rapper Notorious B.I.G. two years later. Dexter Isaac, who is serving life in prison for other crimes, said Wednesday – the eve of what would have been Shakur's 40th birthday – that he was one of the men who ambushed Shakur on Nov. 30, 1994, at Manhattan's Quad Studios, shooting him five times. Isaac claims he was paid $2,500 for the hit by James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond, a former music mogul who recently claimed that Isaac is working with the government to pursue a drug case against him. "I want to apologize to [Shakur's] family and for the mistake I did for that sucker [Jimmy Henchman]," Isaac said from prison. "I am trying to clean it up to give [Tupac and B.I.G.'s] mothers some closure." Shakur survived the shooting, but it led to a bitter East Coast-West Coast hip-hop feud that eventually led to Shakur's murder in September 1996 and the death of fellow rapper Notorious B.I.G. in March 1997. Those murders remain unsolved. i guess if u are already serving a life sentence, what more can they do to u.

Cage in court for ex's lawsuit
Nicolas Cage met with a judge Tuesday to try to settle a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend over money and a house she claims the Oscar-winner promised her. Cage walked past ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton on his way into a conference with Superior Court Judge Teresa Sanchez-Gordon, who urged attorneys handling the case to try to reach a settlement before trial. He and his attorneys were in chambers for roughly 90 minutes before Fulton and her lawyers were called before the judge. The judge ruled Tuesday that Fulton couldn't sue Cage for breaching an oral contract to transfer ownership of the Los Angeles house to the former actress, saying the claim was barred by a statute of limitations. The former actress sued Cage in December 2009 for $13 million, claiming he broke a promise to care for her and their adult son. Fulton's attorney, K. Lee Crawford Boyd, said Cage promised to provide the home and support payments to her client so he could become a megastar. "If Nicolas Cage had to step in and be a parent, he could not be Nicolas Cage," she told the judge. Fulton has said she was coerced into signing financial agreements with Cage, claims the actor and his attorneys have denied. She also sought Tuesday to amend her lawsuit and add new claims against the actor, but Sanchez-Gordon rejected that effort.

Mildred Baena Describes Maria Shriver's Reaction to Love Child News

When Joseph Baena, now 13, first learned from his mother, housekeeper Mildred Baena, that his father was Arnold Schwarzenegger, the boy's reaction was simple. "Cool!" he said. Mildred met with a different – though surprisingly compassionate – response from Schwarzenegger's then-wife, Maria Shriver, the 50-year-old Baena tells Hello! magazine, which just hit newsstands in the U.K., in an exclusive interview. Shriver, says Baena, was among many people who noticed the resemblance between young Joseph and the now-former governor of California. Baena worked for Schwarzenegger and Shriver for 20 years. "Last summer, I brought Joseph over to the house. Until then, he hadn't been around very much," says Baena. "After that, people in the house started whispering about how much they looked like each other." That included the lady of the house. "Maria would ask if I needed to talk to her, and I kept saying no. Finally, she asked point blank. Maria asked me directly if Joseph was Arnold's son, and I just broke down. I dropped to my knees and I was crying, saying that yes he was and I was so sorry," Baena says in the interview. Hearing the news, "She cried with me and told me to get off my knees," Baena says of Shriver. "Since I was retiring soon, I said I would pack and leave right away," says Baena, "but she said to stay until after the holidays."

Bret Lockett Admits He Never Met Kim Kardashian in Person
New England Patriot player Bret Lockett tried to get Kim in the middle of some image-crushing rumor. He accused the socialite of cheating on her then-boyfriend, now fiance, Kris Humphries, with him. But he came to his knees in a strange way, admitting that he never met Kim, but their text messages were somehow physical. Lockett explained that the five month affair was only about exchanging sexy texts and phone conversations. “I’ve said before that it was a physical relationship, but I say that meaning there was a physical aspect in the relationship,” he told CNN. “She did tell me that she was touching herself in a physical way over the phone, towards me. So when I say physical, that’s what I mean.” Lockett (below) broke down after Kim threatened to sue the football player if he continued on with the claim. He said, however, he doesn’t plan to apologize for anything. “I do not plan on apologizing or retracting anything,” he said. “What I’ve said is the complete, honest truth and you can’t fault someone for telling the truth. That’s just plain and simple.”

"If you guys came on Friday, I'm so sorry that I couldn't be here. ... I love you guys very much." Asked by reporters for the cause of her hospitalization, she said, "I was just very malnourished, so I was low on iron and exhausted."

30 Rock's Tracy Morgan Declares, 'If I Had a Gay Son I Would Love Him'

Four days after the 30 Rock star apologized for unleashing an anti-gay rant during a comedy act, Morgan once again expressed deep regret for his choice of words in an interview with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons. “I guess the reason I am successful is because I am so unfiltered,” he said. “And sometimes as a result I say really stupid s–t. The truth is if I had a gay son, I would love him just as much as if he was straight … I might have to try to love even more because I know of the difficulty that he would have in society.”

Facebook Planning $100 Billion IPO: Report
Though there are signs that Facebook's momentum may finally be slowing down, weep not for Mark Zuckerberg and the rest of his Silicon Valley posse. The privately held social networking site will go public in 2012. The initial public offering is expected to be pegged to an $100 billion valuation, probably setting a new high watermark for technology companies. That's an eye-popping number, to be sure, but while Facebook is moving relentlessly toward hitting 700 million users worldwide, much of that growth is being driven by new international members. Facebook's domestic numbers, however, are softer. In the United States, the company lost nearly 6 million users, dropping from 155.2 million to 149.4 million by the end of last month.
A spokesperson for Facebook declined to comment, but the IPO is likely being triggered by the 1934 Securities and Exchange Act known as “the 500 rule,” which requires private companies to begin releasing financial information to the SEC after they attract more than 500 investors.

Suit against Kardashians over card struck down
A judge has thrown out a $75 million lawsuit filed against the Kardashian sisters after they yanked their endorsement of a prepaid debit card that was criticized for its high fees, saying the reality show stars had no duty to promote a product that might be considered unlawful. The ruling issued by Fresno Superior Court Judge Jeff Hamilton states attorneys for Revenue Resource Group LLC hadn't sufficiently shown they could win their breach of contract case. The ruling also states the sisters could not sued for voicing concerns about the debit card because the claims would violate their First Amendment rights. The Fresno-based company sued sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney in January, blaming them for heavy losses after the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" stars publicly severed ties with the company. A phone message for the company's attorney Nathan Miller was not immediately returned. The sisters withdrew their support for the debit card three weeks after the product launched following a warning from Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal that the card's fees were "predatory." According to Hamilton's ruling, Revenue Resource Group  argued that they lost other celebrity endorsements because the Kardashians pulled out of their deal. The company "has not met its burden to show that it is likely to prevail, because it has not addressed the claim the contract involved an unlawful/fraudulent product or how damages could be proven even had the defendants remained silent, given the record before the Court of apparently universal condemnation of the product's profit making features," the judge wrote.
