Jason Aldean is apologizing to his fans after photographs of the country singer appeared online over the weekend. Aldean – a married father of two – was photographed cozying up to season 11 American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr at The Den in West Hollywood.  The "My Kinda Party" singer, 35, who has been married to his high school sweetheart Jessica Ussery since 2001 and has two daughters Keeley, 9, and Kendyl, 5, issued an apology to his fans via Twitter on Sunday. "Hey Guys – I wanted to talk to you directly, so you were hearing the truth from me and not just reading allegations about my personal life on gossip web sites," he wrote. "The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that's the end of the story. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself," he wrote. "I'm not perfect, and I'm sorry for disappointing you guys," he continued. "I really appreciate being able to work through this privately with my family and for all your continued support." Brittany Kerr has issued an apology for getting up close and personal with married country singer Jason Aldean ... chalking the whole thing up to a "lapse in judgment." ABC’s Sunday drama block launched to strong ratings overall, but newcomer 666 Park Ave. opened surprisingly weak. The season two return of Once Upon a Time (11 million viewers, 3.8 adults 18-49 demo) was last night’s top-rated entertainment show and returned down only 5 percent from last year’s high flying series premiere.

Revenge (9.5 million, 3.2), in its new time period, did well too — down a mere tenth of a point from its Wednesday night series debut last fall and tying last year’s Desperate Housewives premiere in this slot. This rating is firmly better than the second half of Revenge‘s season, suggesting the move to Sunday paid off. Airing against CBS’ Good Wife (9.8 million, 1.8), which declined 18 percent, Revenge firmly got the upper hand in the adult demo.

666 Park Ave (7 million, 2.2), which was tracking to have a strong opening. The Terry O’Quinn supernatural drama was down 29 percent from the premiere of Pan Am in this slot last year (and that’s with a minute of overrun from Revenge, too). Park Ave. was competitive against CBS’ The Mentalist (10.8 million, 2.1), which moved from its long time Thursday home to Sunday, and dropping 25 percent in the process. CBS also had the return of The Amazing Race (9.7 million, 2.5), down 17 percent.
