Jane Krakowski Welcomes a Baby Boy

The 30 Rock baby boom continues – Jane Krakowski is a mom. The actress, 42, gave birth to son Bennett Robert Godley in New York City. The baby boy – who has blond hair like Mom – weighed in at 7 lbs., 12 oz., and is the first child for Krakowski and fiancé Robert Godley.


Amy Smart and Carter Oosterhouse Are Engaged

It looks like TV handyman Carter Oosterhouse can build more than shelves – he's also building a lasting relationship with actress Amy Smart. The couple are engaged, Smart's rep confirmed. The comely couple began dating last November. Smart, 35, is known for her roles in The Butterfly Effect and Varsity Blues. Oosterhouse, 34, is best known for his turn as a carpenter on TLC's Trading Spaces and as host of the home improvement show Carter Can. Up next for Smart: She stars with Mark-Paul Gosselaar in the romantic comedy 12 Dates of Christmas, which will premiere during ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas in December.
Ethan Hawke to Have a Fourth Child | Ethan Hawke Ethan Hawke, who has called fatherhood "the greatest pleasure in my life," is about to have even more to love about it. The actor, 40, and his wife, Ryan Hawke, are expecting their second child together. It's the fourth for Hawke, who also has two children with ex-wife Uma Thurman.
Ethan and Ryan married in June 2008 and had a daughter, Clementine Jane, the following month. Ryan Hawke is the former nanny to Hawke's children with Thurman – Maya, now 12, and Levon, 9.



Kate Beckinsale set for 'Total Recall' remake
Kate Beckinsale is set to step into Sharon Stone's "Total Recall" role in an upcoming remake by her husband, Len Wiseman. Wiseman is updating the 1990 Arnold Schwarzenegger film with Colin Farrell in the lead role.


Emmys in Limbo as Negotiations for TV Rights Drag On

Less than five months before the Primetime Emmys are scheduled to be handed out, telecast rights to the ceremony are still in limbo. That's causing a mounting problem for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, which is dependent on closing a new TV deal and, if negotiations drag on much further, might face a production crunch in preparing for this year's show. The academy has conducted business as usual during the eight months of negotiations for a new deal with ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox to air the show on a revolving "wheel." Dates have been set, rules written, forms sent out, and networks, producers and publicists have been submitting shows to meet the April 29 submission deadline. Yet there is still no broadcaster set to air the live telecast Sept. 18 from the Nokia Theatre at L.A. Live. The previous eight-year contract ran out after the show in August, and negotiations have sputtered along ever since.
Kimberly Stewart Shows Off Her Baby Bump Expectant mom Kimberly Stewart stepped out for a family dinner, giving the world a glimpse of her growing baby bump. Stewart, is expecting her first child with actor Benicio del Toro. (The pair are not currently a couple.)

NBC has renewed Late Night with Jimmy Fallon for a third season,


Jim Carrey will join Ricky Gervais, Will Arnett and other high-profile names set to appear in the hour-long finale episode of "The Office" A source close to the NBC production confirmed that the "Yes Man" star will join comedian and "Office" creator Ricky Gervais, Will Arnett, James Spader, Ray Romano and Catherine Tate as guest stars interviewing for Michael Scott's (Steve Carell) management position that could possibly go to Will Ferrell's Deangelo Vickers. "The Office"s season 7 finale airs on May 19. Carell announced last year that he was leaving the show.


Kevin Alejandro is taking a break from Bon Temps to go bowling for Bones. The True Blood stud will appear in the sixth season finale of the Fox procedural as “a flashy, arrogant man obsessed with bowling.”


Glee‘s Chris Colfer has sold to the Disney Channel a pilot based on the children’s book, The Little Leftover Witch.


Jennifer Lopez has set her sights on launching her own reality show. The project, which teams her up with "American Idol" creator Simon Fuller, would be a search for talent in Latin America and is tentatively titled "Que Viva." "Que Viva" would feature Lopez and her singer husband Marc Anthony on the hunt for new acts.


"Desperate Housewives" star Teri Hatcher says she has been battling a debilitating and rare illness called frozen shoulder, and she says she's basically lost most of functions of her left arm.  She says the condition is extremely painful and has to be treated with cortisone shots until the condition clears up. The actress is currently teaming with Grain Foods Foundation to launch "The Bread Art Project," which benefits Share Our Strength, a non-profit organization that fights childhood hunger.Terri is asking fans to personalize virtual pieces of bread saying "You can create a piece of toast and that will donate one dollar to Share Our Strength.
 A&E has set a premiere date for the second season of The Glades: Sunday, June 5 at 10/9c.


Time Magazine has released its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world, and the Glee fave made the cut. Other TV types on the estimable list: Parks and Recreation‘s Amy Poehler; Gossip Girl‘s Blake Lively, Mad Men creator Matt Weiner, and author George R.R. Martin, whose Game of Thrones begot an instantly renewed HBO series.


USA’s Fairly Legal has been picked up for a second season.


Jennifer Del Rio, the "16 & Pregnant" mom accused of punching her baby daddy in the face says the guy totally LIED to police ... claiming Josh Smith punched HIMSELF in an effort to set her up.  The two were arguing over the baby and she was pushed into a fence, so she called the police.  She says Josh went in the house and came back out with a bloody nose and a ripped t-shirt and told her that it was her turn to go to jail. She says it's payback from when he was arrested last November and sent to jail for attacking her.  When the police arrived, neither was arrested over the incident. Jennifer is now going after charges of child endangerment and is trying to obtain a restraining order against Josh.


Octomom Doctor Being Sued
Dr. Michael Kamrava, the doctor who placed all those embryos into the Octomom, is being sued by the owner of the Beverly Hills office where he conducted business. According to the lawsuit,Kamrava "vacated and abandoned" his office on March 15, 2011 without paying off the remaining 6 years left on his lease. Kamrava's rent was $6,231 per month, so that leaves him on the hook for $894,192.65. The California State Medical Board is still deciding whether or not to pull his license after what he did to Nadia Suleman.
