R&B star R. Kelly's Chicago-area mansion has been sold for $950,000 in a foreclosure auction. Kelly's Olympia Fields home was sold Monday to J.P. Morgan Chase, which already held the mortgage. Chase set the opening bid at $950,000, then submitted the only offer. The property once was valued at more than $5 million. Lindsay Lohan Gets Locked-Down Rehab in Plea Deal

It's back to rehab for Lindsay Lohan – 90 days in a center under lock and key – plus psychotherapy and community service. This was how the actress resolved her latest court case, this one that started over a Porsche crash in Santa Monica last summer when she was filming Liz & Dick. During a Los Angeles Superior Court hearing Monday that she showed up to nearly an hour late – and got showered with glitter on the way in – she also pleaded no contest to lying to police and reckless driving. Asked by Judge James Dabney if she understood all terms and conditions, Lohan answered, "Yes, your honor." The judge then said, "A suggestion: don't drive." Under the deal, Lohan, 26, avoids a six-month jail term for violating her probation in a shoplifting case as long as she doesn't run afoul of the law again. She will be booked at the Santa Monica Police Department. "You violate probation and we'll … just impose sentence and be done with it," the judge warned.
©The History Channel / 'The Bible' The resemblance between President Obama and an actor who plays the devil on History's "The Bible" has drawn more than a little notice. Conservative commentator Glenn Beck was among the first to take to Twitter to point out the resemblance between Obama and actor Mohamen Mehdi Ouzanni. A slew of tweets and news stories ensued, many from Obama supporters who weren't pleased.  In the miniseries, the actor resembles an older version of the U.S. president. Last year, HBO's "Game of Thrones" came under criticism when its executive producers said in a DVD commentary that a fake head of President George W. Bush was impaled on a spike in one scene. "The Bible" has been a huge hit for History, drawing 13.1 million for its first episode and 10.8 million for its second. It is executive produced by "Survivor" creator Mark Burnett.

Michael Jordan paternity case dismissed by woman who filed lawsuit

The paternity lawsuit against basketball legend Michael Jordan didn't last long. After filing a claim in February that Jordan had fathered her 16-year-old son, Pamela Smith dropped the suit. Jordan denies he is the child's father, and has filed a counter suit against Smith for making false claims. Smith's attorney, Randy Kessler, specifically notes that the case was dismissed without prejudice, meaning it can be refiled in the future. When Smith initially filed the lawsuit, she did so without legal representation. "She then hired our firm just before the first court appearance. Ms. Smith has relied on our advice and determined that dismissal at this time, without prejudice, is in her son's best interests," Kessler says. Estee Portnoy, Jordan's spokeswoman, released a statement saying a settlement was not reached, and no money was paid in exchange for having the suit dropped. According to Jordan's legal team, Smith once admitted during a divorce proceeding that her ex-husband was the young man's father.

Lil Wayne leaves ICU after suspected codeine overdose
Lil Wayne has been moved out of the intensive care unit at a Los Angeles hospital and upgraded to stable condition. The "Look At Me Now" rapper was placed in ICU at Cedars-Sinai hospital Wednesday (March 11) when hospital staff was unable to stabilize him. It was his second visit to the hospital in one week. Wayne suffered a bout of seizures earlier in the week, and was treated and released. Later he was found unconscious by a member of his entourage and brought back to the hospital. Wayne's stomach had to be pumped three times due to the large amounts of codeine in his system. The 30-year-old rapper is now said to be walking around the hospital now with a team of bodyguards and is able to eat on his own. Over the weekend, Wayne had visits from Nicki Minaj, Drake, and Usher. Lil Wayne is out of the hospital, according to his Young Money associate Mack Maine. Mack Maine told his Twitter followers on Monday night that the multiplatinum rapper had left Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, where he had been hospitalized since last week.

jOBS
"jOBS," the Ashton Kutcher-led biopic of late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, has been indefinitely delayed. Distributor Open Road Films had originally planned to release the Matthew Whiteley-directed film on April 19th, and now has quietly pulled the film from that date. A new date has yet to be announced. The film's financiers were reportedly keen on getting the film out in time for the company's 37th anniversary this month - but the distributor simply didn't have enough time to prepare for a proper release, which explains the pull. The movie closed this year's Sundance Film Festival back in January, where it received a relatively tepid reaction.
Lindsey Vonn, Tiger Woods Confirm Relationship After staying mum for months about a rumored romance, Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn are publicly stepping out as a couple. In statements released simultaneously on Woods's official website and Vonn's Facebook page Monday afternoon, the athletic powerhouse duo confirmed their burgeoning relationship and posted a photo of themselves together. "I guess it wasn't a well-kept secret but yes, I am dating Tiger Woods. Our relationship evolved from a friendship into something more over these past few months and it has made me very happy," says the Olympic skier, 28. "I don't plan on addressing this further as I would like to keep that part of my life between us, my family and close friends." Similarly, writes Woods, 37: "Something nice that's happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating." "We thank you for your support and for respecting our privacy. We want to continue our relationship, privately, as an ordinary couple and continue to compete as athletes." Rumors of a relationship heated up early last month when Woods sent his private jet to fly Vonn home to Vail, Colo., after a crash at the Alpine World Championships in Austria left her with torn ligaments in her right knee and a fractured shin. Since then, the pair has only grown closer, spending time together in Vai, where Vonn is recuperating from surgery, and most recently, in Florida aboard Woods's yacht.

Justin Timberlake confirms second '20/20' album

Justin Timberlake made everybody wait nearly seven years between albums. With that math, we’d be into the second term of the next Clinton administration before another opus surfaced. But JT is a giver, and he won’t make anybody sweat nearly that long the next time around. “I need to clear up a rumor,” he told the crowd at a release party for his new album The 20/20 Experience in Los Angeles last night, during an interview with Ryan Seacrest. “This whole thing about this being the first half of the album is true.” Timberlake was referring to the idea of a second 20/20 album surfacing some time later this year. The rumor was first floated by Ahmir “?uestlove” Thompson on the message boards for the Roots’ Okayplayer label. “Spoiler alert. 20/20 Vol 2 comes out in nov,” Thompson wrote. “10 songs now…..10 songs later= 20 vision.” Neither Timberlake nor his publicist confirmed the November release date.
Vanessa Marcil Divorce Vanessa Marcil's divorce from "CSI: NY" actor Carmine Giovinazzo has been finalized. Citing irreconcilable differences, the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star had filed for divorce from Giovinazzo in August last year. The couple had tied the knot in 2010. It's been a bumpy couple of years for Marcil, who in 2011 is said to have suffered two miscarriages. Giovinazzo made the sad announcement through Marcil's Twitter account in December that year. The former "General Hospital" actress had been sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars by ex-boyfriend Brian Austin Green. Green, who is the father of Marcil's 10-year-old son Kassius, alleged that his former lover had taken more than $200,000 from him without paying him back. However, in October last year, a judge dismissed Green's lawsuit.
