Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Preparing Legal Team Over Split Rumors
Everyone was upset Tuesday amid rumors that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett were splitting. The couple released the following statement: "Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact." Now, the couple has allegedly met with their legal team. A source close to the situation said "Will and Jada are not splitting and they’ve already got their legal team involved. Like any other A-list couple they’re used to inaccurate reports sometimes, but when it comes to their marriage, they don’t appreciate anyone demeaning it.”

Apple co-founder Steve Jobs has resigned as CEO, the company announced Wednesday. His letter to the board and employees did not mention his health problems, but it was alluded to. "Unfortunately, that day has come." Jobs, who took medical leave in January, will remain on as chairman and former Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook will take over as CEO.

People magazine unveiled its Kim Kardashian wedding issue this morning, but something is conspicuously absent: a picture of Kardashian's husband, Kris Humphries. Very bizarre, no? Also, kinda rude? After all, Humphries was an integral part of this much-hyped event, as the extremely tall groom to Kardashian's blushing bride. The magazine's assistant editor, Jen Garcia, seized the opportunity to defend the decision saying "We sorted through thousands of pictures." Garcia added: "It's all about the bride. We wanted her. It's her day, we wanted her on the cover. He's got a little height on her. It's kind of tough to get them in the (same) shot."

Song allegedly used to date Joe Jonas and Trace was romantically linked to Demi Lovato.

A Very Brady Divorce

Back in May, the two announced they were separating to rethink the marriage ... but now, it appears Knight has reached a decision -- and he wants out. Knight filed divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court. Knight married the "Top Model" winner five years ago ... after they co-starred on "The Surreal Life" together. A rep for the couple tells us, "They are amicable and remain friends."

Judge Clears Ex-Fiance for Basketball Wives
Gilbert Arenas' ex-fiancee is free to talk smack and get in as many catfights as she wants on "Basketball Wives LA" -- thanks to a federal court decision today. A judge ruled against the NBA star's request to block Laura Govan from appearing on the show and mentioning his name. The judge said Gilbert's claim that details of his family life should not be aired on the reality show -- is undercut by the fact he has "tens of thousands of Twitter users who follow [him] as he tweets about a variety of mundane occurrences." Arenas has 51,103 Twitter followers. He and Govan have 4 children together.
