Ross Says No "Hunger" Sequel For Him

Despite the various reports flying thick and fast in recent weeks in regards to his involvement, it was thought at both Lionsgate and in a lot of circles that "The Hunger Games" director Gary Ross would ultimately come back to helm the sequel "Catching Fire". Well any chance of that happening has just been shot to hell with Ross and the studio releasing official statements.  From Gary Ross: "Despite recent speculation in the media, and after difficult but sincere consideration, I have decided not to direct Catching Fire. As a writer and a director, I simply don’t have the time I need to write and prep the movie I would have wanted to make because of the fixed and tight production schedule. I loved making The Hunger Games – it was the happiest experience of my professional life. And contrary to what has been reported, negotiations with Lionsgate have not been problematic. They have also been very understanding of me through this difficult decision. To the fans I want to say thank you for your support your faith, your enthusiasm and your trust. Hard as this may be to understand I am trying to keep that trust with you. Thank you all. It’s been a wonderful experience." From Lionsgate: "We’re very sorry that Gary Ross has chosen not to direct Catching Fire. We were really looking forward to making the movie with him. He did an incredible job on the first film and we are grateful for his work. This will not be the end of our relationship, as we consider Ross to be part of the Lionsgate family and look forward to working with him in the future."

Former WWE Wrestler Arrested for Domestic Violence
Wrestling legend Scott Hall was arrested  after allegedly choking out his girlfriend in a drunken fit of rage -- this according to the arrest report. Cops were called to Scott's Florida home over a domestic disturbance in progress around 5pm. When they arrived, Scott's GF Lisa Howell informed police he had attacked her. According to Lisa, Scott had been drinking for days and the two had gotten into some kind of argument. Lisa says she got into her car, and in a blind rage, Scott grabbed her by the throat and tried to pull her out of the driver's seat. According to the report, police confronted Scott -- who appeared heavily intoxicated with an "unknown white secretion flowing from both sides of his mouth" -- but he denied ever getting violent. Police observed several signs of physical injury on Lisa -- including red marks around her neck -- so they placed Scott under arrest for domestic battery. Scott -- billed at 6'7" and 287 pounds -- required TWO sets of handcuffs. Scott was so drunk ... the jail refused to book him ... so the arresting officer had to drag him to a nearby hospital to get medical clearance. The physicians gave their thumbs up and Scott was brought back to the correctional facility, where he was finally booked on domestic violence charges.

Melissa says Tammy is adamant ... she did not give birth to the children to give them away. Melissa calls Tammy "angry and vindictive." Melissa says Tammy once sent her an email saying, "You have to support so many households because YOU BROKE SO MANY HOUSEHOLDS, silly.  If you had decided to have one ounce of integrity/honesty as a person or partner, you would NOT be in this predicament. Think about it." In her docs, Melissa attached an email she claims Tammy sent her way ... which says, "They aren't leaving my care while you are on the road -- a completely inappropriate place for 3-year-olds -- not to mention you can't track them, have no child care, and they were bit by dogs in the house last time you had them." Melissa is asking a judge for more time with the kids. A hearing is set for May 22.

Amanda Bynes 'Was Not Drunk' On Night of DUI Arrest, Says Her Dad

Amanda Bynes's dad is standing by his daughter, following her DUI arrest on Friday. "She was not drunk," Rick Bynes said. "I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn't have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn't drink." Rick Bynes claims the the cop who arrested Amanda, 26, was at fault for pulling out in front of the actress as she was turning at the West Hollywood intersection where she was cited. Rick adamantly says his daughter was not impaired, explaining that she was arrested because "she was upset and very emotional." Adding that Amanda was released with no bail, Rick went on to say, "She is a good girl. She just chooses not to work, and because of that, people go after her." Bynes was at L.A.'s Greystone Manor Supperclub Thursday night before she was cited for investigation of DUI. She was held overnight at the West Hollywood Sheriff's department's station, and while authorities would not comment on the actress's specific case, according to the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station website, "if the offense is alcohol or drug related, the suspect will stay at the sheriff's station until he or she can safely care for himself or herself."

Mavericks, Lamar Odom agree to part ways

The Dallas Mavericks and forward Lamar Odom have reached an agreement to end their relationship. Odom will not be released from the squad, however. Instead, he will be listed as inactive until the end of the season. The Mavericks then could trade him. ''The timing is what it is. These things never come at the best of times, so we felt with the playoff push coming up it was probably in everyone's interest,'' Nelson told the AP. ''Look, it's been a frustrating situation. Lamar hasn't performed like he wants to perform, is capable of performing. He's dealt with a lot of personal issues, and at this point, we need to be able to count on some folks. It's never easy to do these things. We just need to move on." Odom, a reality TV star by virtue of his marriage to Khloe Kardashian, took a 10-day leave of absence this season to attend to personal issues. Upon his return, he was sent to the Mavs' NBA Development League team, though he never appeared in a game with the Texas Legends before the Mavericks returned him to their active roster. Odom admitted that he came into this season out of shape and not in the right mindset after on offseason of tragedy. In July, his 24-year-old cousin was shot and killed. Shortly after, Odom was involved in a car wreck in New York City. An SUV he was riding in struck a motorcycle, which then struck a 15-year old pedestrian. The boy died the next day. The events left Odom shaken and contemplating retirement. And after 50 games, the effects were still having a toll on him, leading to a split with Dallas. The struggles of Odom seemed to be a distraction for a team fighting for a playoff spot, with players and coaches showing frustrations after games when asked about him. In his final game as a Mavericks, Odom played only four minutes and contributed only a single rebound. Dirk Nowitzki refused to answer any questions about Odom after the game. Odom averaged career lows of 6.6 points and 4.2 rebounds during his 50-game stint. He also shot a career-low 35.2 percent from the field.

Lindsay Claims Reports are False

FIU Players Protest Isiah Firing
Isiah Thomas was shocked when he was canned as Florida International’s coach a month after the season ended. So were his players, and they decided to do some shocking back. At an end-of-the year banquet held to honor the Golden Panthers on Monday night, the entire basketball team got up and walked out as a highlight reel of the season was introduced. Tanner Wozniak, a freshman guard on the team, told Yahoo Sports that a couple of seniors suggested the players leave as a way to show the university the team is upsetabout Thomas being fired Friday. "We didn't want to disrespect the program at all or anything," Wozniak told Yahoo. "We just wanted to show our support for Isiah Thomas. He was a great coach, a mentor and a father figure to us. He didn't have a winning record, but you can't build a program in three years." Florida International was 8-21 this season and 26-65 in Thomas’ three years as coach. His firing came as a surprise not only to Thomas, who said he had no hint the sacking was coming, but also to players and supporters. Spring recruiting, and finding another coach after most other schools have made their new hires, will be hampered with Thomas gone. He had two years left on his contract. Wozniak said Thomas was never the uncommitted, attention-seeking coach some branded him to be. Amid rumors that Thomas took the Florida International job as a way to work back toward relevancy, Wozniak attested that Thomas had great relationships with his players. "He was there for us every time," Wozniak said, and on Monday night, they were there for him.

Mike Wallace Has Died | Mike Wallace Mike Wallace, the legendary newsman who hosted 60 Minutes for nearly half a century and interviewed some of the most high-profile subjects of his day, has died. He was 93. One of broadcast television's fiercest, most aggressive interviewers, Wallace was one of the founding hosts of 60 Minutes, television's most popular newsmagazine show. Bob Scheiffer, host of CBS News's Face the Nation said Wallace died following a long illness Saturday night in New Haven, Connecticut, surrounded by family. Wallace underwent triple heart-bypass surgery in 2008, a procedure that doctors called "a great success." The CBS News family lost another veteran broadcaster in November when Andy Rooney died at age 92. qIn an essay for CBS, 60 Minutes colleague Morely Safer wrote that Wallace "took to heart the old reporter's pledge to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable. He characterized himself as 'nosy and insistent.' " "So insistent, there were very few 20th century icons who didn't submit to a Mike Wallace interview. He lectured Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, on corruption. He lectured Yassir Arafat on violence," wrote Safer. "Mike's energy and nerve paced everyone at 60 Minutes. His was the defining spirit of the show," Diane Sawyer said of her former colleague in a statement. "He bounded through the halls with joy at the prospect of the new, the true, the unexpected." Wallace – who traveled alongside Martin Luther King, Jr., and also interviewed Malcolm X during his illustrious career – retired in 2006, but occasionally returned to the show to interview high-profile subjects like Mitt Romney, Jack Kevorkian and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. He told reporters late in his life that if he could write his own epigraph, it would read, "Tough But Fair."

Jason Trawick to Share Legal Control Over Britney Spears
Britney Spears's father is taking an extra step in bonding with his future son-in-law. Jamie Spears is asking a court to add Jason Trawick as a co-conservator over his pop star daughter. Trawick will only have shared legal control over Spears's general well being – not her finances, according to the source. In general, a conservator can make decisions over a person's food, clothing and medical care. But Spears has plenty of personal freedom and the conservatorship is a formality. This is a very unusual situation, because generally you don't see conservatees get married," says Jeffrey S. Cohen, an L.A. probate attorney not involved with the case. "This could be a sign that the couple's wedding is around the corner." Adds Cohen: "This is probably a compromise between Britney, her father and Trawick to get the marriage off on the right foot. Obviously, her future husband needs to have a say in her well being." Jamie Spears has held legal control over his daughter and her multimillion-dollar fortune since Feb. 2008 after the singer suffered a psychological breakdown.

'The Hunger Games' three-peats with $33.5 mil
Two new competitors, two more cannons fired. The Hunger Games managed to overcome the debuts of both American Reunion and Titanic 3D, winning its third weekend in a row with $33.5 million. American Reunion debuted in second place with $21.5 million. That’d be a commendable opening for most R-rated comedies, but it’s a bit of a disappointment for the fourth entry in the American Pie franchise. The past three American movies opened to an average of $32.4 million. The 3-D re-release of James Cameron’s 1997 blockbuster Titanic sailed to $17.4 million. That’s a smaller debut than the three most recent 3-D reissues: The Lion King 3D ($30.2 million), Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace 3D ($22.5 million), and Beauty and the Beast 3D ($17.8 million).
1. The Hunger Games — $33.5 mil
2. American Reunion — $21.5 mil
3. Titanic 3D — $17.4 mil
4. Wrath of the Titans — $15.0 mil
5. Mirror Mirror — $11.0 mil

Matt Lauer Re-signs with Today Show, but is Ann Curry Leaving?
Matt Lauer has signed a new, long-term deal with the "Today" show. The NBC morning host first joked that he was developing a new show in which viewers could tune in every day and "see the host lose a little bit more of his hair." Lauer said, "This is my family, this is my show … let's keep going." Lauer's contract is reported to be long-term, and financial terms were not disclosed. He will become way richer than he already is, and the next move will be to send Ann Curry packing. It maybe bad news for Ann Curry, because sources say Lauer does not want her as his co-host, and it appears her fate is now sealed.NBC sources say Ann's likely replacement will be Savannah Guthrie.  NBC News president Steve Capus said that the $25 million figure that's been suggested in news stories was "complete silliness."

Keith Olbermann Sues Current TV
Keith Olbermann has just sued Current TV claiming the network violated his contract, torpedoed his show ... and still owes him up to $70 million in unpaid compensation. In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. Keith says, "After being enticed to leave MSNBC and come to Current with promise of editorial control, freedom from corporate influence and the professional support to produce a high-caliber political commentary show of the type his viewers have come to expect, Keith Olbermann was disheartened to discover Al Gore, Joel Hyatt and the management of Current are no more than dilettantes portraying entertainment industry executives." Olbermann claims his "public termination" last week was "the latest in a series of increasingly erratic and unprofessional actions undertaken by Current's senior management." Keith alleges Current was so dysfunctional and broke after the network's first 8 months on the air, Current "still couldn't manage to, literally, keep the lights on." Olbermann is suing for breach of contract, sabotage and disparagement.

In the suit, Keith lists the following gripes with the network: -- broadcasting ads containing Keith's image without his consent
-- using guest hosts for "Countdown" without Keith's approval
-- refusing to give Keith editorial control over special election coverage
-- disclosing the confidential terms of his contract
-- linking Keith's name and goodwill with corporate endorsements without his consent
-- disparaging Keith publicly
-- refusing Keith's request to stream segments from his show on his website
-- refusing to invest resources in the show
The lawsuit also contains a reference to an email from Current TV President David Bohrman, in which Bohrman admits "the 33rd street studio [where Keith's show was filmed] is never going to be a professional facility. We are paying for a Porsche [the studio] and getting a Yugo [a notoriously crappy car]." In his suit, Olbermann claims Current still owes him between $50 million and $70 million worth of cash and equity compensation. Al Gore -- the network's co-founder -- released a vague statement after firing Olbermann, claiming they let Keith go because he was disrespectful and disloyal to viewers.
It’s a second son for Kaitlin Olson and Rob McElhenney! The It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia costars welcomed Leo Grey McElhenney at 1:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 5 at their home in Los Angeles.  The new addition weighed in at 8 lbs., 5 oz., is 20 inches long and joins big brother Axel Lee, 19 months, who was also born at home.

Current TV Fires Back
Keith Olbermann is a liar, a bully ... and worst of all -- he's just plain MEAN ... this according to Current TV. The network has fired back at the "Countdown" host ... claiming his $70 million lawsuit is "false and malicious." Current also says Olbermann was a crappy employee ... and got the chop due to "serial, material breaches of his contract, including the failure to show up at work, sabotaging the network and attacking Current and its executives." A rep for the network added, "As the old adage says: 'When the law is on your side, you argue the law. When the facts are on your side, you argue the facts. When neither the law nor the facts are on your side, you pound the table.'" He continues, "We will be happy to engage on the law and the facts in the appropriate forum. It is well established that over his professional career Mr. Olbermann has specialized in pounding the table." The network concludes with one final shot ... "We hope Mr. Olbermann understands that when it comes to the legal process, he is actually required to show up."

Barber reaches divorce settlement with ex-wife

Tiki Barber and his ex-wife have finally reached a settlement in their bitter divorce. The ex-Giants star was slapped with divorce papers in 2010 after he shamelessly gallivanted around town with his then-23-year-old mistress - while his pregnant wife, Ginny Barber, spent a week in the hospital. At the time Barber was an “NBC” today show correspondent. Last year Barber proposed to his one-time mistress – former NBC intern Traci Lynn Johnson, who posed in her skivvies for Maxim in 2011. The new couple planned to be married this spring but had to put the wedding on hold when the Barbers went to war over money. At the time Tiki said he couldn’t afford Ginny’s alimony demand. Ginny’s attorney, Nancy Chemtob, confirmed the settlement but declined to comment on financial or custodial specifics. “The entire matter is settled,” Chemtob said. “Everything is resolved.” The former couple has two sons, and shortly after Ginny filed for divorce she gave birth to twin girls.

Kanye West Admits Falling In Love With Kim Kardashian, Slams Kris Humphries

In January, Kanye West's ex-girlfriend Amber Rose claimed that Kim Kardashian played a role in her breakup with the rap star. Amber accused West of cheating with the reality TV mogul. In a new song "Theraflu," released Wednesday, West confirms at least part of Amber's claims, revealing strong feelings for Kardashian. Postings of the song on YouTube have been taken down. On the DJ Khaled song, West raps, "And I'll admit, I fell in love with Kim. 'Round the same time she had fell in love with him." The him West refers to is Kardashian's husband Kris Humphries who she is divorcing.  West continues, taking a dig at the New Jersey Nets power forward. "Well, that's cool baby girl, do ya thing. Lucky I ain't have Jay drop 'em from the team." West implies that his good friend Jay-Z, who is a co-owner of the Nets, could have Humphries released from the team. West and Kardashian have supported each other's projects amid rumors of a secret romance. In March, Kardashian attended West's runway show during Paris Fashion Week. Last year, West appeared on Kardashian's reality show, "Kourtney & Kim Take New York."

Mary J. Blige on pulled Burger King ad: It wasn't finished

&B superstar Mary J. Blige says a recently pulled Burger King advertisement that featured her was “unfinished” and didn’t follow the parameters to which she’d agreed. The clip, which Burger King released on YouTube before taking it down this week amid a public backlash, is part of a series of celebrity ads showcasing the fast-food chain’s new menu options. In Blige’s spot, the nine-time Grammy winner promotes the new Crispy Chicken Snack Wraps. Wearing a short wig, leather jacket and shades, she rocks to the beat of her own song, “Don’t Mind,” off her latest album, “My Life II… The Journey Continues.” She sings altered lyrics, about “crispy chicken, fresh lettuce, three cheeses, ranch dressing, wrapped up in a tasty flour tortilla.” People complained about the ad on social media sites, with some saying that her peddling of chicken played into racial stereotypes. In a statement to CNN on Wednesday, Blige said the ad wasn’t what she thought it was going to be, but she did not address the issue of stereotypes. “I agreed to be a part of a fun and creative campaign that was supposed to feature a dream sequence,” Blige said. “Unfortunately, that's not what was happening in that clip, so I understand my fans being upset by what they saw. “But, if you’re a Mary fan, you have to know I would never allow an unfinished spot like the one you saw to go out.” Burger King also said that the ad “was not final,” and that it planned to release a finalized version. “Unfortunately, the Mary J. Blige commercial was released prematurely before all of the licensing and final approvals were obtained,” Burger King said in a statement released to CNN. “We would like to apologize to Mary J. and all of her fans for airing an ad that was not final. “We know how important Mary J. is to her fans, and we are currently in the process of finalizing the commercial. We hope to have the final ad on the air soon.”  In the 30-second ad, a customer at a Burger King counter asks, “What’s in the new chicken snack wraps?” before Blige answers in song. Salma Hayek, David Beckham and Jay Leno appear in separate commercials spotlighting other new menu items, including fruit smoothies, salads and chicken strips. Steven Tyler and Sofia Vergara also are due to appear in Burger King commercials, the chain said.

1 million dumped cable last year for Netflix, Hulu
Even with overall TV viewership on the rise, about 1 million cable or satellite subscribers dumped their service last year. According to research by the Convergence Consulting Group, about 2.7 million U.S. TV subscribers unsubscribed from their traditional service to rely solely on over-the-air signals, Netflix, Hulu, iTunes and other online outlets over the past three years. About 1 million of those viewers cut the cord in 2011. The research forecasts another 900,000 will defect this year. Furthermore, about 19 percent of viewers watch between one and two episodes of TV online each week (either via a network’s own Web site, or another distribution outlet). Thing is, all this online viewing is still not very high compared to the numbers that watch TV in more traditional ways. About 100 million currently subscribe to a cable or satellite service, and that number is expected to rise, albeit very slightly, this year.
Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield already have a lock on the prize for most adorable pairing. And things are apparently going so well that the "Amazing Spider-Man" co-stars, who hit the orange carpet together at Sunday's Kids' Choice Awards, are now shacking up in New York. "They're in a good place," enthuses the spy. "Both of them are very nice people, very down-to-earth and caring. They're just two cool people." Cool enough that Garfield didn't appear fazed by a close encounter with his ex-girlfriend shortly after arriving at the Kids' Choice Awards. The actor ended up posing a few feet away from his former flame, actress Shannon Woodward, who attended the ceremony with pal Katy Perry. The close encounter was over quickly, and Woodward, whose three-year relationship with Garfield ended shortly before he was linked to Stone, appeared to restrain herself to one quick, unhappy look and a hair toss.

Tiger ignoring sick half-brother
As Tiger Woods prepares to tee off at the Masters on Thursday, an ESPN report said his half-brother is suffering from multiple sclerosis and is in danger of losing his house, but has not been able to reach the superstar golfer. "I leave messages," Earl Jr. said. "I leave updates on Kevin, but for whatever reason I don't get a response. ... Kevin loves Tiger. A call from Tiger would really pump Kevin up. When he doesn't call, it just makes him feel worse." Earl Jr., Kevin, and their sister, Royce, were the children of Earl Woods' first marriage. Tiger, who is between 17 and 20 years younger than his half-siblings, was the product of Earl Woods' second marriage, to Kultida Punsawad. The siblings say they have not heard from Tiger since 2006 when their father died. Earl Jr. said the family had been close until Tiger turned "15 or 16." "We haven't asked Tiger for a dime," Earl. Jr said. "Not even tickets to a tournament. But Kevin's losing his home. He needs a caregiver and he can't have a caregiver and keep his home at the same time. And we can't do that; we don't have the means." Tiger's spokesman declined to comment on the matter. It is unclear what led to the apparent falling-out between the four-time Masters winner and his siblings. "Maybe when you see the world like he does, you don't see what other people are going through. But, seriously? You've got problems with your knee? That's nothing compared to what Kevin is going through. Nothing." The revelations come one day before the year's first major. Woods has arrived at Augusta in his best form in years, recently winning the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill to break a 30-month PGA Tour drought.

Rihanna on Chris Brown: I'm going to do what I want

Say what you will about Rihanna's collaboration and seeming reconciliation with her ex Chris Brown, who pleaded guilty to one count of assault in connection to an argument he had with the Barbadian pop star in 2009, but the singer is hearing none of it. She tells Elle magazine in its May issue of the backlash to her decision to work with Brown that she understands people have their opinions, but she's not going to let them sway her. "The bottom line is that everyone thinks differently. It’s very hard for me to accept, but I get it," Rihanna says in the interview. "People end up wasting their time on the blogs or whatever, ranting away, and that’s all right. Because tomorrow I’m still going to be the same person. I’m still going to do what I want to do.” Living through the fallout of her relationship with Brown, she says, has given her a new sense of freedom. “It’s embarrassing. But that was my opening," she says. "That was my liberation, my moment of bring it. […] Now you know that, so you can say what you want about it. I don’t have anything to hide.”

Hector Camacho surrenders to police

Boxer Hector Camacho has turned himself in to police in Orlando after he was charged with child abuse for allegedly assaulting his son. The 49-year-old former champion is accused of picking up his teenage son by the neck, slamming him to the ground and stomping on the boy's foot. The boy reportedly told police Camacho was "high on drugs" at the time and looking for a bag of money at his ex-wife's home. The Florida State Attorney's Office filed charges. Camacho's attorney Linda George released a statement Tuesday which said a family dispute took place at the home of Camacho's children and that a neighbor called police because it ''entailed yelling outside of the home.'' George said police arrived, did not arrest Camacho and no injuries or medical attention was required by anyone involved. ''Sometime after leaving the home, the complaint was filed alleging the actions against Mr. Camacho's teenage son,'' the statement said. ''Mr. Camacho only recently learned of the complaint and accordingly voluntarily reported to officials so that this matter can be resolved. He maintains a good relationship with his sons and all would like to put this matter behind.'' Camacho won super lightweight, lightweight and junior welterweight world titles in the 1980s.  His last title bout came against then-welterweight champion Oscar De La Hoya in 1997, a loss by unanimous decision. Camacho has fought other high-profile bouts in his career against Felix Trinidad, Julio Cesar Chavez and Sugar Ray Leonard. He knocked out Leonard in 1997, ending what was that former champ's final comeback attempt. Camacho has a career record of 79-5-3, with his most recent fight coming in 2009. Another of his sons, Hector Camacho Jr., is also a successful boxer, owning a career record of 52-4 with one draw. Drug, alcohol and other problems have trailed Camacho since the prime of his boxing career. Before this latest charge, Camacho was sentenced in 2007 to seven years in prison for the burglary of a computer store in Mississippi. While arresting him on the burglary charge in January 2005, police also found the drug ecstasy. A judge eventually suspended all but one year of the sentence and gave Camacho probation. He wound up serving two weeks in jail, though, after violating that probation. Twice his wife filed domestic abuse complaints against him, and she filed for divorce several years ago.

Puddle of Mudd Singer Charged
Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin has been charged with felony cocaine possession stemming from his recent arrest. The singer was busted back in January after cops pulled Scantlin over and found him in possession of a controlled substance, which at the time cops only ascertained to be some kind of powder and pills. When the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office filed their complaint, they named cocaine as that substance. There was no mention of the pills.  In addition to the felony charge, Scantlin was also charged with two misdemeanors -- being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license. If convicted on all charges, Scantlin could face 4.5 years in jail. He's already pled not guilty and is due back in court later this week.

Basketball Wife Divorce Battle
"Basketball Wives" star Kenya Bell spent $110,000 on plastic surgery and surgery-related expenses -- this according to her estranged husband, who's now trying to prove she's completely reckless with her money. It's the latest in the couple's divorce battle -- Kenya filed docs complaining her basketball-playing husband Charlie Bell has been shopping at Louis Vuitton in Paris, while she struggles to provide for their children. Charlie fired back with an explosive response, listing off ALL the ways Kenya has allegedly squandered hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years. According to court documents, Kenya spent:

-- $82,000 on a Corvette, which she drove for 3 weeks -- then resold it for $61,000
-- $12,000 on a motorcycle
-- $20,000 on criminal attorneys
-- $150,000 on "miscellaneous expenses to get even with Mr. Bell"
-- $3,000 on her brother's electric bill
-- $9,000 on luggage and shoes
-- and $110,000 on plastic surgeries and expenses in L.A. for the plastic surgery trips

Charlie -- who currently plays pro ball in Italy -- also claims he gave Kenya $200,000 before leaving for Europe ... so he wants the court to deny her request for him to set aside a large chunk of his money for support. A judge has yet to rule.
