ESPN anchor Stuart Scott has announced that his cancer has returned. On Monday evening, he wrote on Twitter: "Blessed by prayers..I'm back in the Fight. C reared its head again. Chemo evry 2 wks but I'll still work, still work out..still #LIVESTRONG" Amid tweets of sympathy from followers, including Robert Griffin III and Jason Taylor, Scott remained upbeat. "Thanks for prayers..ill fight w ALL C survivors & loved ones. Cancer wants to re-appear..picked the right guy cuz I HIT HARD all day long!!" He gave his followers a look inside his routine: "Here's what I do right aftr chemo. Leave the infusion center & go STRAIGHT 2 either do a p90x wkout or train MMA..THATS how you #LIVESTRONG" Scott first took ill in 2007 while at a Monday Night Football game. An emergency appendectomy revealed the presence of appendiceal cancer. After six months of chemo, Scott was cancer-free until early 2011. At that time, doctors discovered that malignant tumors had developed on his small intestine. More surgery and chemotherapy treated the cancer, but it has apparently returned again. “Cancer sucks, and the effects of chemotherapy suck, and you’re going to feel like crap sometimes,” he said last year. “But you’re going to feel like that whether you’re lying in bed or going to work or working out, so you might as well go out there and live your life. If you believe you’re not being touched by this, then it’s much better." He continued: “I love my job. Those of us who do what we do, we’re blessed. Being on when you don’t feel well is not the challenge. I love writing. I love creating our shows every night. And by the time it’s time to go on, you’re charged. And when you’re going through something like this, going to work helps. Having that energy helps. Having a positive mindset helps.”
Lance Armstrong Admits Doping In Oprah Interview
Lance Armstrong confessed to Oprah Winfrey during an interview Monday that he used performance-enhancing drugs to win the Tour de France, a person familiar with the situation told The Associated Press. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the interview is to be broadcast Thursday on Winfrey’s network. Armstrong was stripped of all seven Tour titles last year following a voluminous U.S. Anti-Doping Agency report that portrayed him as a ruthless competitor, willing to go to any lengths to win the prestigious race. USADA chief executive Travis Tygart labeled the doping regimen allegedly carried out by the U.S. Postal Service team that Armstrong once led, “The most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen.” After a federal investigation of the cyclist was dropped without charges being brought last year, USADA stepped in with an investigation of its own. The agency deposed 11 former teammates and accused Armstrong of masterminding a complex and brazen drug program that included steroids, blood boosters and a range of other performance-enhancers. In a text to the AP on Saturday, Armstrong said: “I told her (Winfrey) to go wherever she wants and I’ll answer the questions directly, honestly and candidly. That’s all I can say.” Armstrong stopped at the Livestrong Foundation, which he founded, on his way to the interview and said, “I’m sorry” to staff members, some of whom broke down in tears. A person with knowledge of that session said Armstrong choked up and several employees cried during the session. The person also said Armstrong apologized for letting the staff down and putting Livestrong at risk but he did not make a direct confession to using banned drugs. He said he would try to restore the foundation’s reputation, and urged the group to continue fighting for the charity’s mission of helping cancer patients and their families. Armstrong spoke to a room full of about 100 staff members for about 20 minutes, expressing regret for everything the controversy has put them through, the person said. He told them how much the foundation means to him and that he considers the people who work there to be like members of his family. None of the people in the room challenged Armstrong over his long denials of doping. Winfrey and her crew had earlier said they would film Monday’s session at Armstrong’s home. As a result, local and international news crews were encamped near the cyclist’s Spanish-style villa before dawn.La La sticking with Carmelo
Carmelo and La La Anthony have been living separately, sources say, but friends close to the Knick’s wife say she’ll stand by her man and won’t split from the NBA star. “It is true they haven’t seen much of each other in the past few months,” says a friend of the couple. “She’s been away a lot filming her show, ‘La La’s Full Court Life,’ in London, New York and LA. They are not separated and are still together. She and Melo have a house in LA — so she’s always there when she’s doing auditions.” But others say they’ve been going through a more rocky period. “They have been living separately for several months now,” says a source. “She’s been living in LA while Carmelo has been in New York.” The source added, “La La used to go out to the games and wanted to be seen . . . now she’s always off doing her own thing.” La La’s also been partying with girlfriends from Mexico to Miami, which has displeased Melo and “made him angry.” After Melo was set off by the Celtics’ Kevin Garnett for allegedly saying La La “tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios,” speculation over infidelity flew. But sources insist that’s not the root of the couple’s split. “I have not heard anything about him having another woman,” said one pal, adding, “La La has never slept with Garnett.” Melo was suspended for one game for the post-game clash with Garnett over the incident.Patrick has filed for divorce

The 30-year-old driver announced in November that she and Hospenthal had decided to divorce. "I am sad to inform my fans that after 7 years, Paul and I have decided to amicably end our marriage," Patrick said via her Facebook account. "This isn't easy for either of us, but mutually it has come to this. He has been an important person and friend in my life and that's how we will remain moving forward." The pair married in 2005.

Lindsay Lohan fires lawyer Shawn Holley, immediately regrets it
It's so hard to find good legal representation these days, and no one knows that better than Lindsay Lohan. There were conflicting reports out of Lohan-land today, as the trouble-prone actress had surprisingly fired L.A. lawyer Shawn Holley, one day before she was due in court for a probation violation hearing. Apparently, Lohan's new New York attorney Mark Heller sent Holley a termination letter, relieving her of representing Lohan.Later in the day, Lohan insists she never meant to fire Holley and it's all a big misunderstanding. She considers Holley to be a "second mother" to her, even though Lohan supposedly signed the termination letter herself. As usual with stories about Lohan, there's something fishy in the reporting. Holley is praised as an "ace" attorney who "magically" makes (some) of Lohan's (many) legal problems go away. While Heller is slammed as a "menace to the public" (a quote pulled from a New York Times profile and attributed to a "disciplinary panel that recommended [Heller's] five-year suspension in the mid-1990s").
