Halle Berry to Fight for Custody of Daughter
Halle Berry says she's preparing to go to court with her ex Gabriel Aubry over custody of their 2 ½-year-old daughter Nahla. "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her," the actress's rep says. To clear her schedule for custody litigation, Berry, 44, pulled out of the film New Year's Eve, set to start filming this week in New York. She's being replaced by Katherine Heigl. "She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter's father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention," her rep says. Aubrey, 35, filed court papers Dec. 30 seeking to be formally recognized as Nahla's father and to establish that he'll share custody. The couple split last April. There was no word on what prompted the custody dispute.Eva Longoria, Tony Parker Finalize Divorce
The three-year marriage of Eva Longoria and NBA player Tony Parker legally ended in a Texas courtroom. Having met in late 2004 and married at a storybook wedding in a European castle during the summer of 2007, Longoria, 35, filed for divorce last November. Her petition cited "irreconcilable differences" for the split, but immediately after news of the split there arose infidelity rumors, with claims that Tony has been unfaithful. In her filing, Longoria sought support from Parker, 28, who plays for the San Antonio Spurs. (Longoria is a Texas native, from Corpus Christi.) The couple had a prenuptial agreement signed the month before their wedding and updated two years later. This was Longoria's second marriage. In 2002 she married General Hospital actor Tyler Christopher. They divorced two years later.Mary Harvey on Steve Harvey's infidelity: 'It's rape to me'
Steve Harvey's ex-wife Mary has recently come forward to slam him in a series of YouTube videos and an appearance on the Tom Joyner Morning Show on Monday morning. Mary says that Steve's infidelity still troubles her. "The reason I've been silent this entire time is because I did take into consideration what it would do to both of our families and our community," she tells Joyner. "But keeping quiet hasn't served me physically. It hasn't served our son. I have suffered physically because of it. I'm not in good health right now." Mary alleges that Steve was unfaithful and that his current wife, Marjorie Bridges, was his mistress. Not only a comedian and host, Steve has written several relationship books, including "Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man," and Mary believes that he owes an apology to women who have bought his books believing in his integrity. Joyner, a friend of Steve's, suggested that he does do good for the community. "I have no doubt about that, but from a victim standpoint, it's like saying to someone who was raped and had not had closure from his attacker that he's still doing some good," Mary said. When Joyner tried to steer her away from using the word rape, she insisted, "It's rape to me." Steve's attorney released a statement calling Mary's YouTube videos false and defamatory.TV NEWS
The original leader of "CSI" is coming back -- for at least a minute or two. William Petersen, who starred on the CBS hit for its first eight-plus seasons, is set to make a brief appearance as Gil Grissom in an upcoming episode -- possibly the one airing Thursday (Feb. 3). Thursday's episode is called "The Two Mrs. Grissoms," and it involves a murder investigation that takes Sara (Jorja Fox) to the school for the deaf where Grissom's mother (guest star Phyllis Frelich) works. Marlee Matlin also guest-stars as a fellow faculty member and former girlfriend of Gil's -- whom mom clearly prefers over Sara.

SAG explains Corey Haim's absence from awards' In Memoriam reel
Former teen icon Corey Haim tragically passed away in March 2010, but his presence was noticeably absent during Sunday's (Jan. 30) Screen Actors Guild Awards In Memoriam segment. Haim, who starred in "The Lost Boys" was just 38-years-old when he reportedly overdosed on prescription pills. Kathy Connell, producer of the 2011 SAG Awards, saying that it is one of the "hardest decisions" to have to choose who will be included in the In Memoriam reel each year. "To be honest, he was [included]," she explains. "We had two memorial packages, a longer version and a shorter version. He was in the longer version and unfortunately the show was running long. We had to use the shorter package which did not include Mr. Haim." She continues, "We were very sad to be forced to use the shorter package." Friend and former co-star Corey Feldman says that he was not surprised by the SAG omission, "We have become used to not being honored by our peers in the industry."Eva and Flo Rida
