Voice of Elmo has Denied Sex with an Underage Boy
Kevin Clash -- the man known as the voice of Elmo -- has taken a leave of absence from Sesame Street in the wake of allegations he had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy. Sesame Workshop lawyers recently met with a 23-year-old man who claims he and Clash began a sexual relationship 7 years ago ... when he was 16 and Clash was 45. Clash has acknowledged he had a relationship with the young man -- but insists it only took place AFTER the accuser was an adult. Sesame Workshop honchos said "In June of this year, Sesame Workshop received a communication from a young man who alleged that he had a relationship with Kevin Clash beginning when he was 16-years-old. This was a personal relationship, unrelated to the workplace. We took the allegation very seriously and took immediate action." Sesame Workshop officials acknowledge they met with the accuser twice and had a number of other communications with him. After the accuser's initial meeting with Sesame Street, the accuser felt Sesame Workshop's lawyers were trying to muzzle him so he lawyered up with Andreozzi and Associates -- the firm that represented one of the victims in the Jerry Sandusky child rape case. On August 15, 2012 ... Andreozzi fired off a letter to Sesame, accusing the company of trying to "discredit the victim in order to protect its employee and the image of one of its most valuable characters," adding, "This approach places a greater value on a puppet than the well being of a young man."Sesame Workshop officials say they conducted a thorough investigation and determined the allegation of underage sex was unsubstantiated. They say they never tried to silence the accuser -- rather they asked for evidence supporting his claim, but he never produced it. It is unclear why Clash wanted a leave of absence, since he denies the allegations of underage sex. As for Clash, the voice actor says, "I had a relationship with [the accuser]. It was between two consenting adults and I am deeply saddened that he is trying to make it into something it was not." Clash calls the accusations false and defamatory. Sesame Workshop officials released a statement saying the puppet is alive and well: "Elmo is bigger than any one person and will continue to be an integral part of Sesame Street to engage, educate and inspire children around the world."
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have ended their relationship. "She broke up with him about a week ago," a source says . "With them being apart so much it got complicated. She had some trust issues. It's not easy, but the relationship needed to end." The actress, 20, and Bieber, 18, officially stepped out as a couple in February 2011 after months of dating quietly. The couple fought off breakup rumors in August 2011 and again this past July, but were spotted enjoying a haunted house together on Sept. 30. "I don't ever want her to feel like I'm ashamed of her," the pop star tells Oprah Winfrey of his decision to go public with his relationship despite fan backlash, in an interview set to air Nov. 25.
Halle Berry Can't Move to France with Daughter
It doesn't look like it'll be bon voyage for Halle Berry and her daughter, at least not permanently. A judge in Los Angeles on Friday denied the actress's request to move from Los Angeles to France with 4½-year-old daughter Nahla. Nahla's father Gabriel Aubry, a Canadian actor and model who works primarily in L.A., objected to the move. Berry, who is engaged to actor Olivier Martinez, has maintained that France is a safer place for her to raise her daughter, noting stronger paparazzi laws. Aubry and Berry split in 2010. Their relationship quickly became strained as they battled over custody issues, including Berry's demanding filming schedule. The couple later came to what had appeared to be an amicable agreement – with the help of a judge. "Our issues were never about fighting for her," Berry said at the time of Nahla. "We both know a child needs both her parents. But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. We needed a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues, and I'm so happy we've arrived at that place."

'Skyfall' has the biggest Bond opening ever with $87.8 million
After four years off of the silver screen, James Bond made his triumphant return this weekend in Skyfall — and the British spy’s appeal was bigger than ever. The action thriller grossed a truly massive $87.8 million in its first three days (and an additional $2.2 million during Thursday night previews), making its debut the very best in the Bond series’ 23-film history — by a huge margin. Skyfall shattered the previous opening weekend record for a Bond film, which was set in 2008 when Quantum of Solace bowed with $67.5 million. With the lucrative Thanksgiving holiday on the horizon and a straight “A” CinemaScore grade, it’s likely that Skyfall will also become the first Bond movie to ever pass the $200 million mark at the domestic box office. Daniel Craig, the sixth man to play Bond, has seen his popularity as the character surge since taking over the iconic role in 2006. His first Bond film, Casino Royale, debuted with $40.8 million on the way to a $167.4 million finish. Two years later Quantum of Solace opened 65 percent higher with $67.5 million on the way to $168.5 million total.
1. Skyfall – $87.8 million
2. Wreck-It Ralph – $33.1 million
3. Flight – $15.1 million
4. Argo – $6.7 million
5. Taken 2 – $4.0 million

Kat Von D & DJ Deadmau5 Call It Quits
The tattoo artist/reality TV personality and DJ Deadmau5 (Joel Zimmerman) have parted ways - and both parties took to Twitter to vent about the split. "Man. Can't say I didn't give it my best," Kat, 30, Tweeted on Saturday. "Man, I sure was wrong. But at least he made it a no-brainer to break that off.#lessonlearned" Adding, "Now, we can get all of the 'I told you so's' outta the way... And move on. Clarification: Deadmau5 and I are no longer together." As for Deadmau5, the 31-year-old Canadian electro-house music master said he needed time to think."Going to spend a little while screwing my head back on. I guess I'm not cut out for relationships right now," he Tweeted Saturday. "I'll figure it out. No hard feelings."
The couple, dubbed "Kat and Mau5" (mouse), were first spotted together in September, and the pair fell hard and fast (the deejay called Kat "The love of my life" just one month later) - a contributing factor in their breakup, according to Deadmau5. "It happened too fast, I lost my balance and fell into a familiar dark place that I'm having difficulty with," he wrote. "She deserves someone stronger."Prior to dating Deadmau5, Kat was previously in a relationship with Sandra Bullock's ex-husband, Jesse James. The two became engaged in January 2011, but called it off six months later.
