His publicist Matthew Hiltzik made the engagement announcement over Twitter. Baldwin, who once starred in a film called "The Marrying Man," turns 54 on Tuesday and an engagement, says Hiltzik, is a "great way to celebrate!" Baldwin was previously married to Kim Basinger. They have a daughter together named Ireland. He published a book in 2008 called "A Promise to Ourselves" about his personal experience dealing with divorce and his battle with Basinger over custody of their daughter.
"That 70s Show" actress Lisa Robin Kelly was arrested on  felony charges of corporal injury upon a spouse. The 42-year-old who played Topher Grace's older sister on the hit show was booked with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.  Kelly was released less than four hours later on $50,000 bail at 5:20 p.m. This isn't Lisa's first run-in with the law. Hector Camacho surrenders to police

Boxer Hector Camacho has turned himself in to police in Orlando after he was charged with child abuse for allegedly assaulting his son. The 49-year-old former champion is accused of picking up his teenage son by the neck, slamming him to the ground and stomping on the boy's foot. The boy reportedly told police Camacho was "high on drugs" at the time and looking for a bag of money at his ex-wife's home. The Florida State Attorney's Office filed charges. Camacho's attorney Linda George released a statement Tuesday which said a family dispute took place at the home of Camacho's children and that a neighbor called police because it ''entailed yelling outside of the home.'' George said police arrived, did not arrest Camacho and no injuries or medical attention was required by anyone involved. ''Sometime after leaving the home, the complaint was filed alleging the actions against Mr. Camacho's teenage son,'' the statement said. ''Mr. Camacho only recently learned of the complaint and accordingly voluntarily reported to officials so that this matter can be resolved. He maintains a good relationship with his sons and all would like to put this matter behind.'' Camacho won super lightweight, lightweight and junior welterweight world titles in the 1980s.  His last title bout came against then-welterweight champion Oscar De La Hoya in 1997, a loss by unanimous decision. Camacho has fought other high-profile bouts in his career against Felix Trinidad, Julio Cesar Chavez and Sugar Ray Leonard. He knocked out Leonard in 1997, ending what was that former champ's final comeback attempt. Camacho has a career record of 79-5-3, with his most recent fight coming in 2009. Another of his sons, Hector Camacho Jr., is also a successful boxer, owning a career record of 52-4 with one draw. Drug, alcohol and other problems have trailed Camacho since the prime of his boxing career. Before this latest charge, Camacho was sentenced in 2007 to seven years in prison for the burglary of a computer store in Mississippi. While arresting him on the burglary charge in January 2005, police also found the drug ecstasy. A judge eventually suspended all but one year of the sentence and gave Camacho probation. He wound up serving two weeks in jail, though, after violating that probation. Twice his wife filed domestic abuse complaints against him, and she filed for divorce several years ago.

Puddle of Mudd Singer Charged
Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin has been charged with felony cocaine possession stemming from his recent arrest. The singer was busted back in January after cops pulled Scantlin over and found him in possession of a controlled substance, which at the time cops only ascertained to be some kind of powder and pills. When the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office filed their complaint, they named cocaine as that substance. There was no mention of the pills.  In addition to the felony charge, Scantlin was also charged with two misdemeanors -- being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license. If convicted on all charges, Scantlin could face 4.5 years in jail. He's already pled not guilty and is due back in court later this week.
