Brooke Mueller Gets Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Tuesday slapped a restraining order on the actor, whose string of bizarre interviews and attacks on his boss led CBS to pull the plug on his hit show, Two and a Half Men. The order prompted police to take the twins from Sheen's Hollywood Hills home on Tuesday night and return them to Mueller's care. She told the court in a filing that Sheen had also refused to return the boys to her. The order, requires Sheen to stay 100 yards away from Mueller and their twin sons, Max and Bob. According to a sworn declaration filed in the case, Mueller said Sheen told her in a phone call Sunday night, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom!"
Royal website launched
Tech-savvy couples the world over set up websites to feature their nuptials. Such sites give guests a handy way to get directions, browse photos, buy gifts, or even choose the music. Although Internet users aren't likely to get much say in the royal reception's playlist, fans will find photos, updates, videos and more on www.officialroyalwedding2011.org, a site that Prince William's office, St. James' Palace, says may be used to livestream the event itself.
And in other Charlie news...
Sheen's children were removed from his Los Angeles home under a judge's order that they must be returned to his soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller. Sheen was forced to temporarily surrender his 23-month-old twins, Bob and Max, to police who visited his Beverly Hills mansion, the LAPD confirmed. As his twins Bob and Max were being taken from his home, Sheen, 45, said, "My fangs are dripping tiger blood." Mueller, 33, also won a restraining order earlier in the day as well, in order to keep them away from their father and his "goddesses". The children had been staying at Sheen's mansion, where they were being taken care of by Charlie's girlfriends, porn actress Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly.
Katie Holmes Suing Star Magazine for $50 Million
Katie Holmes is suing Star Magazine over their recent cover story, which features Holmes above the headline, “Katie DRUG SHOCKER”. Katie doesn’t look like her usual put-together, perky self on the cover. She looks run down and exhausted. But I think that’s just what how you look when you’ve been married to Tom Cruise this long. Holmes' rep said, "Star Magazine's malicious claims about Katie are untrue, unethical and unlawful. Not only do they cruelly defame Katie, they play a cheap trick on the public, making ridiculously false claims on the cover unsupported by anything inside."

Friends and Family Want Christina in Rehab
Christina Aguilera has been a drunken mess since she announced her split from hubby Jordan Bratman. Does she have a serious problem or is she just having a good time? Christina's friends and family members are so concerned about her recent behavior, they're urging her to go to rehab. Christina was arrested for public drunkenness and the L.A. County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Steve Whitmore told reporters she was so drunk she “couldn’t stand.” How do you get that wasted on a Monday night?! “[Christina] was brought here and when she was unable to navigate and think on her own,” so she was arrested and “released at about 7:30AM,” added Whitmore. “She wasn’t belligerent, she just wasn’t capable of taking care of herself,” so for the safety of the individual we brought her here until she could fend for herself.” Christina and Matt were at Mario Batali's restaurant Osteria Mozza popping bottles of wine just hours before they were popped by the po-po. Christina’s made headlines in the last few months for her boozy behavior. She reportedly got so wasted during Jeremy Renner's birthday party on January 8, she literally climbed into his bed and passed out. Her mother has been urging her to stop drinking, but apparently it’s going in one ear and out the other.
Heat part ways with Carlos Arroyo
The Heat cleared a roster spot Tuesday by parting ways with Carlos Arroyo, and although the team made no formal pronouncements because of NBA rules, several players - James, Dwyane Wade and Mario Chalmers among them - said they expect to have Bibby aboard soon. Miami announced the Arroyo move in time for the veteran guard to sign with another team and be eligible for its postseason roster. ''This was a very difficult decision to make because Carlos has done a great job for this team and this organization,'' Heat President Pat Riley said. ''He is truly a first class individual and professional. We wish him nothing but the best.'' Bibby was traded by Atlanta to Washington last week. The Wizards and Bibby reached a buyout agreement on Monday, and Bibby could be in uniform for the Heat as early as Thursday night's game against Orlando.

Palmer says he's done in Cincy
Quarterback Carson Palmer has said he no longer wants to play for the Cincinnati Bengals. The two-time Pro Bowler and former Heisman Trophy winner reportedly told a confidant: "I will never set foot in Paul Brown Stadium again." Palmer is also quoted as saying: "I have $80 million in the bank. I don't have to play football for money. I'll play it for the love of the game but that would have to be elsewhere. I'm prepared to live my life." Palmer has requested a trade, but Bengals owner Mike Brown said in January he had denied it because the 31-year-old was too important to the team. It was reported that Palmer would retire if he was not traded. However, according to Sports Illustrated's Peter King, the Bengals had softened their stance on Palmer and would consider trading him after the NFL labor situation is sorted out."Talking to one Bengals official over the weekend, I was surprised to hear that whenever trades are allowed after the signing of a new CBA [Collective Bargaining Agreement], the team will listen to offers for Palmer," King said.

Tomlinson to remain with Jets
Running back LaDainian Tomlinson will remain with the New York Jets next season. The expected move is in line with comments made after the season by Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum, who said that he fully expected Tomlinson to return. Though the NFL's all-time sixth-leading rusher will still be in the fold, he will likely be used more as a third-down back and pass-catcher, with the younger Shonn Greene receiving more carries. The former San Diego Chargers star said during Super Bowl week that he wanted play for the Jets next season. "I would definitely like to play, no question. Really and truly, I'm under contract, and I fully expect to play football with the Jets next year. Until I'm told otherwise, I just expect to be there." Tomlinson, who will turn 32 in June, is set to earn $2.4 million in 2011 in the second year of a two-year contract. He rushed for 914 yards last season, starting 13 games after supplanting Greene as the starter early in the season. On Monday, the Jets announced the releases of defensive tackle Kris Jenkins, offensive tackle Damien Woody, defensive end Jason Taylor, and former first-round pick Vernon Gholston in a move to save $10 million.

Of course, Zegen’s character — who is described as “a tough, smart urban kid… as aspiring Jewish gangster” — will go by the name of “Benny,” seeing as “Bugsy” didn’t become a commonly (and not affectionately) used nickname for crime king Benjamin Siegel until the late 1930s.

Bacteria Was Found at Playboy Mansion
Bacteria that cause Legionnaires' disease have been found at the Playboy Mansion during an investigation into an illness that affected about 200 people who attended an event there last month. The health department will continue to check out other sources of the illness because the bacteria Legionella is common in moist places, said Los Angeles County Department of Public Health director Dr. Jonathan E. Fielding. County health officials opened an investigation February 11th after attendees of an Internet conference reported symptoms mostly consisting of fever, chills, malaise and coughing. Health officials declined comment on where the bacteria were discovered at the mansion, calling it only a water source. That could mean anywhere from a kitchen tap to the famed grotto, where Playboy bunnies have mingled with guests in a hot tub.
Two and a Half Men, CBS Bosses Break Silence on Charlie Sheen
While speaking at an investor conference in San Francisco Tuesday, CBS Chief Executive Les Moonves — who has been called out by name in several of Sheen’s televised rants — made his first public comments on the now infamous downfall of TV’s top sitcom. Charlie Sheen Wants CBS to Apologize ‘While Licking My Feet’ “Short term, it’s actually financially a gainer for us,” Moonves mused, referring to the decision to scrap the remaining eight episodes of Men‘s season while airing repeats — which are actually drawing solid ratings for the network. “I’m not saying long term I want this to go on, or it’s great,” added Moonves. “Going down the road, I don’t know what’s going to happen. I hope it’s back. We’ll see.” Of course, Sheen’s erratic behavior and media blitz was addressed as well, and Moonves did so with class and just a touch of humor. “He’s on the air quite a bit these days,” he laughed. “I wish he would have worked this hard to promote himself for an Emmy.”
